He doesnt remind me of Tito. Tito was more of a classic, by-the-book puncher/boxer. Like Arguello, only Arguello was better than Tito. Inoue is more of an athletic freak. Gomez also had freakish athleticism, but he didnt have the greatest longevity thanks to his hard partying lifestyle. Inoue doesnt have the reflexes and footwork that Gomez had though.
Inoue is talented but he’s not an “athletic freak” and he doesn’t fight like one. That’s why saying he fights like Gomez is so absurd. He’s not a flexible athletic freak coming from all angles he’s a mobile turret that puts guys in front of him and reacts quick enough to blast them.
Yeah he doesn't strike me as an athletic freak, he's fast but not absurdly fast. His power is freakish for sure but that's it. Outside of that it's just very solid technique and timing.
