    Why are you so butthurt about it? DeGale isn't close to deserving such a fight. He shouldn't even mention Froch until he's earned his way there. He's seriously jumping the gun.

    Groves would pull a Haye vs Wlad and make Froch angry and frustrated. He wouldn't win a minute of a round but he would never let Froch beat him up. DeFrail on the other hand would try to fight and shoulder-roll and act all GETTO and would get his arse burst like a frozen water mains.

    exactly. I don't like Degale but critcizing him for this is simply ridiculous. He even acknowledges that the fight won't happen untill next year and that he needs to continue to improve and win ( and he even mentionned he got to win a title ) for it to happens. It seems some of these guy's would want him to say that he's a fraud and that being already 26 y.o., with a loss and no superstar status, he should retire

    The funniest thing about this ridiculous criticism from the likes of Feebs is that when compared to their boy Ricky Hattons career after 15 fights, Chunky shits all over the Hitman. British and European Champion, plus he's already shown the balls to take on his biggest domestic rival - Hatton never done that.

    Degale fights ageing contenders, goes 12 rounds some times he looks OK other times he looks awful - Slice is impressed.

    Frampton destroys ageing contenders - Slice is not sold

    DeFail is awful as we allknow...however, I don't see anything wrong with him wanting whatever fights he can get.

    But also, as we all know as well - a Froch fight is a career-ending fight.

    Hatton fought and beat better fighters than Witter. The only person that wanted that fight was Witter. I dont blame him, he wanted to get paid.

    Hatton beating koysta is better than ANYTHING DeGale could dream of..

    Chunky's a kind soul. You guys choose to think different. Going back to the Groves fight, they genuinely didn't get on, which was obvious to see and that's fine. We know all know they dislike each other. We all have someone we don't get on with. In the build up to that one, Chunky was 'selling the fight'. He did it extremely well.

    DeGale has a 'big' win in him. He's still practically green remember. Yes his career has stagnated a bit but he's back on track now and looks more determined than before. The Groves loss is a blessing in disguise IMO.

    Hatton fought Tszyu in his 39th fight. DeGale's only had 15 fights. Still early days for him.

    Well it is Carl Froch after all. Very, very risky fight for DeGale, especially if he's considering wanting to take him on in 12 months. You never know though, we could see a rapid decline in Froch between now and then, but I doubt it.

    Go for Abraham, DeGale. You'll beat that robot.

    Sure. Hatton was completely overprotected and lost his best years thanks to that cunt werren. That doesn't change the fact that Defail has lost the only fight he has had against a live body and if he fights Froch he gets lit up like a Christmas tree.

    nobody was criticizing DeGale for wanting to fight Froch, as far as I can see
