    Vargas could be hit and his chin wasn't the greatest. The REAL Mugabi (not the "tiny" & "chinless" imaginary one currently being fabricated) was a huge puncher who was tough enough to hang in there with Hagler for 11 tough rounds before falling.

    It would be a good fight but I get the feeling Mugabi's power would be the difference.
