Who wins? Galaxy is probably one of the more underrated HOFmers. He didn't beat legendary comp, but he was dominant for a very long time and he was a MURDEROUS puncher and an educated pressure fighter. In other words, this one matchup where Tapia better not brawl, cause Galaxy was a helluva lot better than Danny Romero.
