This would quite obviously be a war. Who wins?

It'd be insane, but I think Moon was just too much of a physical specimen for Tats. Joe would give him all he could handle, because he himself was a very good talent, and quite skilled, but I think it'd become a case of Moon constantly forcing him to the ropes and not letting up or crumbling where most do. I suppose it should be mentioned that Rabanales unorthodox form, but subtle wiliness was too much for Tatsuyoshi. On God, Moon vs Rabanales would be hilarious.

Interestingly, Tatsuyoshi's best performance is against somebody who arguably beat Moon from what I remember, Greg Richardson. Both wars, actually.

Yup, I was thinking the same. Moon by KO in a brutal war.
