Roy has not been caught more often because boxers are not tested during training seasons between fights. That is the only reason Klitschko's haven't been caught. Shit, even Mosley has never been actually tested positive.

Anybody who looks prime Roy's physical appearance should be able to draw the conclusions. Let's not kid ourselves: steroids help in boxing, they are not tested properly and everybody wants to win. Do the math
