Something happenned recently and I was quite suprised, because Cotto isn't really a boring fighter you know, if we aren't entertained by his retreating, we're usually laughing at his mismatches, but against N'dou, I fell asleep, I dozed off like a baby, and this fight usually tickles me silly, perhaps it's denial, perhaps it's a brain tumour, but one distinct thing certainly stands out above all Illuminati, the jewell of Puerto Rico, is a satirical portrayal of our beloved Antonio Margarito, it's a hilarious absurdity like claiming Jermaine Taylor isn't p4p number 1, or that Cotto will defeat Shane Mosely in a fight, there's a place for Cotto in the entertainment industry Illuminati, I'm not saying there isn't, I'm just expressing that I extraordinarily fell asleep in his fight against Ndou, and perhaps watching it 3 times a day for the past year is why the effect may be starting to wear off on me :dunno: .

Similar shit happened to Edwin Valero when he fought Vicente Mosquera in Colombia last year. Valero got dropped in round three or four and got rained on with beer bottles and whatever the crowd had in their hands. He got up and proceeded to beat the shit out of Mosquera, eventually stopping him late. Kendall Holt needs to man the fuck up. ::
I've seen highlight reels of the stoppage, it was a fast stoppage but Holt is full of shit when he says he only felt Torres power in the fourth round because he was all but knocked down by a big hook in the 11th, he was buzzed, he was reeling and he was clearly in survival mode. I'm curious to see the fight but right now, I can't believe Holt because the only thing I can verify from his side of the story turns out to be bullshit.
First hand account by a poster on Maxboxing who was at the fight live.... ------------------------------------ I saw the fight live in Barranquilla and the card was pretty good there were about 2,000 people but it felt like 10,000. First off I would like to give props to Kendall Holt he fought a near perfect fight a complete shut-out,everybody in the crowd was saying that Holt was 10X better shape and technique over Torres. Torres was getting tagged and he was scared to throw because Holt made him think twice after dropping him in the 6th. Now.... it was the 11th round and the colombians fans started cheering Torres and Torres started to connect and trade with Holt. Holt was running for his life doing circles in the ring then finally Torres connected with a left hook and dropped Holt nasty. Holt was on wobbly legs but bad he was fucked up big time and he was falling and holding Torres legs. There was a point that Holt did the zab judah and thats when Torres cornered him and connected about 5 shots the ref came in and stopped it. IT WAS A GOOD STOPPAGE HOLT WAS OUT OF IT, IF TORRES DIDNT FINISH IN THE 11TH HE WOULD OF DONE IT IN THE 12TH. Holt cant make no excuses he had Torres out on his feet and he couldnt finish him, he blaming the fans and ref but the truth is he was out cold. Hopefully there will be a rematch but I doubt Torres people want another piece of Holt. Maybe one of the best fights I been to in my life. Well guys I will be going back to drinking my ass off and fucking beautiful colombian women.
