You SAID that Duran and Louis also KO'd Feliciano.

The reason people think Cintron has a chance against Williams is because of his power, not because he is going to go in there and outpoint Williams.

This fight shouldn't have changed anyone's opinion.

btw, I thought Feliciano was annoying with his 'pat me on the back and call me the new Arturo Gatti'. That's for others to claim. And so far, there's no reason to claim it. Arturo actually won big fights.

 

agREED on both parts of your posts. Feliciano's "praise-me-in-defeat" speech was kinda pathetic - and short-sighted. He did better than expected, but still lost.

Not to compare Kermit to the Patriots, but Feliciano's achievement was no greater than the Eagles showing heart (until the final 2-3 minutes anyway) before coming up short last night. In the end, they both lost, and I seriously doubt Feliciano leaves the fight as a perceived threat to any other notable welterweight.
