Kevin Hart

He’s been in tons of stuff, but none of it is very memorable or even very funny IMO. Like I said in my earlier post, Kevin was funny early in his career but now his comedy comes off as trying too hard and too over the top.

In fact Kevin had a nice comedy series called Real Husbands Of Hollywood. It had a nice cast, good writing and topics and was kind of similar to The Entourage. Yet try as I did to stick with it, it got to the point where I couldn’t anymore because Kevin Hart’s comedic style was too over the top and a little too unrealistic for this type of show. Although the show played for 5 seasons, Kevin was the only reason it didn’t work for me.

 

I saw him in the new Jumanji film, which was alright, and some other film. I didn't find him funny in either but at the same time he didn't ruin them. They're hardly Godfather or Taxi Driver anyway so, meh, no harm to me.
