Decent first round. Khan really is very fucking fast. Faster than Paulie by a fair bit...

Good action so far. Paulie is going to walk into something fierce but he's catching Khan too. Sucks that he has no power.

Anyone else thought the announcer, mentioning Amir Khan's father "Shah", actually said Shao Khan? I was like "ah, so his father is a famous fighter too!" lmao

 

Paulie's getting his ass whupped.

I'll say this much...the way Khan overreaches on his shots...he throws himself off balance...a true counterpuncher like Alexander fucks him up.

Paulie caught him clean a few times in the 3rd...too bad he's got no power. Paulie will slow down in a round or two.

Malignaggi is taking some good shots. He seems to be outworking Khan in the clinch, maybe he should try to turn it into an ugly match with clinching and do the better work with his free hand.

 

the straight right hand is finding a home on the side of Paulie's head.

 

Another decent round. Paulie is slowing down, though he is clearly the better fighter inside. Khan landing a few good body shots and some nice lead rights.

49-46 Khan

Four or five excellent jabs by a Khan to open the round. More spiteful jabs as the round progresses. Big straight right by Khan near the end of the round. Paulie now noticably slowing down and throwing not a lot. Good round for Khan.

59-55 Khan

I've given every round to Khan
Paulie's a slippery operator, but Khan is beating him to the punch easily

The only thing Paulie is landing is the short left hook.

 

Khan was fighting at 135 only a year ago and already seems to have a pretty big frame at 140.
