I think people are underrating Devon The Fake's chances.

The book on Alexander is that he can't handle pressure.

Bradley, and Porter both broke him with pressure. And Matthysse also beat him with pressure (and got jobbed).

I think the way Khan fights will give Alexander the opportunity to counter in-between Amir's sloppy combos.

Who is he suppose to fight?

It's not as if he's avoiding anybody. He's openly calling out basically everyone at 147. But for the big names, he's kind of high risk/low reward.

I'd put my next 5 fucking paychecks on Thurman blasting out both Khan't and Alexandria.

Well that is even more the way to beat Trashkhan, and ScrubbyZander sure as fuck isn't a pressure fighter.

Khan is closer to a pressure fighter than "Devon" is, he is pretty active with his button mashing flurries and what not, even if he's not constantly coming forward.

Alexander is horrible, Khan should win comfortably. Though I guess you never know with Khan, given his chin and basic button mashing style. Khan isn't really a lock to beat anyone half decent.

I don't see how Khan is an eye cancer. Most of his fights have been entertaining, one way or another. There is plenty of reason to hate him, but being boring IMO isn't one of them

Agreed. He might have an absurd button mashing style and no chin, but that all kind of adds to the fun. His fights are usually entertaining, and one thing you have to give him - he's got heart. Which is a fuck load more than can be said for that quitter ScrubbyZander.

Khan is far more entertaining and gutsy than "Devon".

Khan is an eye cancer any time he isn't being hurt by punches

Khan is at his absolute best when he's on queer street, doing the Baby Deer Jig.

However, I find him amusing to watch even when he's button mashing the other guy, and not being walloped and skating around the ring like a drunk baby deer.

I hate watching him because he holds as soon as his opponent is within three feet of him... I do love when he gets hurt, though

I read a couple of interviews with him in the papers this week and he's claiming his new trainer has improved him by teaching him how to hold better

    not surprising

He's a cheating cunt and the establishment is complicit

Anyone heard from Joe Cooper since the night he properly enforced the rules of boxing?

I do hate fighters who hold a lot, it's one of the most frustrating things to watch in boxing.

I kind of forgot Khan can sometimes hold a lot too. He doesn't seem one of boxing's worst offenders though, ie in wald pussy's league of holding.

Apparently he held a lot against Collazo, but I haven't seen that fight.

Still, I think it's a tad unfair to lump him in with someone quite as hideous and boring to watch as ScrubbyZander.

X would rather watch Keith Thurman beat up a scrub, flex his muscles and wink at the camera. That impresses him.

I don't believe anybody thought Khan vs Maidana or Khan blistering Garcia with his combinations for two and half rounds were dull

Collazo lost the first few rounds badly and started fighting like Porter minus the punching. I'm not sure what Collazo's gameplan was after the third round but Khan would tie him up with each bullrush. Remember a lot of people here (I think you may have been one of them) were giving Collazo a good chance to beat Khan. That was a whitewash as I said it would be.

No lie... The Collazo fight is one of the worst examples of holding I've ever seen

I had actually forgotten Thurman was fighting on Sat til you mentioned it.

And i never said Thurman was the second coming of anything great.

He'd beat the fuck outta Khan though.

He just easily beat the same Wholio Diaz who Khan went life and death with.

I'm changing my pick to Khan by brutal ass rape.

Just read a quote from Khan where he said he used to hurt Manny and Roach stopped them from sparring because it got too personal.

    I've heard the complete opposite.

I've hurt Manny used to beat the shit outta Khan, and Roach would have to step in.

I find that version far more realistic as well.

Even if Khan does beat Alexandria, that bum will never beat Floyd or Manny.

    He wouldn't even beat Brook.

I wonder if Khan is delusional, or just likes lying/talking shit.

He's not intelligent enough to creatively talk shit.

    He's delusional.

Thurman just said he was ready to destroy Floyd Mayweather and that his motto is "burn money"
