To be fair, he has improved since Prescott. Just not by much, and he's just not that good, I agree this is as good as he'll get.
Me and Feebles were two of a very small bunch {that includes you} who knew, pretty early in the day, that the short-armed, fast-footed Ricky Hatton was just all wrong for this guy.
Can't believe anyone thought much of con. It was a good fight. It just has the appearance of impropriety.
It wasn't a joke. A serious question given you're obviously a teenager, whether chronologically or otherwise, and in need of adult supervision you apparently are without.

Indeed, I remember Hatton would have crowded him all night, never let him get away Hatton was flawed, he was beatable, but you at least needed real skills to do it, to counteract his natural gifts of footspeed, strength and aggressiveness... Against the very best at ther best, Ricky is not elite, it's difficult to imagine doing anything against Whitaker/Mayweather/Chavez/Duran/Benitez/Cervantes/Pryor level guys, he's just not good enough... but against the rest, he is a quality 140 pounder and at his best he would have chased this kid from pillar to post, worked his body black and blue, won it going away
I imagine I make more money than you and have a job that entails two or 3 nights a week of sobriety. I wouldn't throw stones in your world. Just be an honest biographer of your own life. Dunce in elementary school, high school and couldn't finish college. Stones. Glass houses.I suffer from pathological honesty. I just think you are a dumb piece of shit. I feel the need to remind you of that.
Agreed, Hatton was not elite, he would have been an elite gate-keeper though. I can only think of 2 fighters of the last 10 years that would have beaten him- Pac and Floyd, the rest, he's got a great chance against. Petersons, Holt, Bradley, Alexander, Khon, Rios. Man....Ricky was made for Rios...or should I say, Rios is made for Ricky. John Murray wouldn't get past the 6th vs Ricky.
Where are all the simps that criticized me for saying Rios might beat Khan? Rios would end Khan's life I think.
Who cares really. I would best you in any and every intelligence test. Who knows. Maybe Ohio has good welfare benefits. All I am saying is if you were any dumber, you'd be in a pet carrier. If you knew what was good for you, you'd never address me directly again.
Forget Floyd and Manny. I think Khan loses to either Bradley or Rios. He's an exciting guy to watch but very flawed and vulnerable. Definitely not as good as many on this forum were saying he was.
Yeah, both of us said Rios would beat him ages ago. More recently I started to sway towards Khan, but now I would bet money on Rios. He'd stop Khan late, and give him a proper beating most of the way through.
An awful lot of the hype behind Khan was the misplaced belief that he could be a cross-over star like Oscar. He's not, for several reasons, chief amongst which is that he can't fucking fight. He can box, he would out-box anyone if they let him, he's one of the best athletes in sports right now, but that only counts for so much. Still, they will wring the piss out of this rag and start wiping down our tables with it again pretty soon. All the business men, all the pen pushing men will be out, damage limitation, nap and tuck, etc. Get the word out. You gotta believe us...Amir was robbed. Back to England!!!
I'm more convinced now than ever. Rios would LAUGH at Khan's flurries and would walk in with no fear whatsoever of Khan and basically beat the living shit outta him. Wouldn't last past 8 IMO. Bradley does what Peterson did but with EXTRAS and beats Khan via clear UD or possible late stoppage.
Anybody that ever compared Khan to Oscar is a tard (besides Oscar himself, who do so purely to hype Khan). Young Oscar would have given Khan the Ruelas treatment.
