Calzaghe is underrated here. Not by you necessarily but because of the Celtic Alliance's campaign of baseless vitrol which has Calzaghe marked down usually as 'a jazzercising faggot'. He's obviously not beating any of those guys you listed. That's fucking nonsense. But on this forum he has lost nearly every fight, real or mythical, he's ever had. MTF
As regard Froch and Kovalev, I'll say this, Froch has a fucking good chin. It's not necessarily the absolute iron chin it's been made out to be sometimes but one of his strongest facets is his chin. That daft farmer can take a shot, which is a good job really, because he is slow as molasses so he eats lots of them. But the only two punches that have ever put him on his arse were shots he didn't see coming. He was half throwing a shot both times when he got caught by Taylor and Groves. When he sees the punches coming, or even if he is square on to shots, he eats them up and he has been hit a lot by some damn good punchers. Speed is the kryptonite for Froch, not power. Now I accept that Kov would hit him harder than anyone else ever hit him and the big daft bastard would probably get himself involved in a war he can't win (I'd pick Kovalev to stop a prime Froch late) but there is nothing - literally not a scrap of evidence anywhere - in the career of Carl Froch to date to show that he loses inside half a dozen rounds in the type of war most (probably rightly) envisage Kov would drag him into. This is the kind of thing I'm talking about with the way people are talking up Kovalev. He's wiping his arse in mythical terms with guys who have proven far more than him and in Froch's case in a manner completely out of character with his entire career. What this has to do with Calzaghe of course is any cunt's guess. MTF
Feebs, I think you'd be shocked at how quickly and effortlessly Kov would stop Froch. Froch wouldn't see round 6. It'd most likely be a replay of the Cleverly fight.
It wouldn't, because Frock is literally 10 times better than that scrub. But it would be brutal and fairly 1 sided yeah, Frock is just completely outgunned against Kovalev, and doesn't really have any tools to trouble him.
