Personally I love merchant. I usually hate negativity, but somehow I find merchant very amusing, entertaining and captivating. A broadcast is more fun with Merchant.

And put it this way, my girl won't even really want to watch a fight unless merchant is commentating ::

He was shaking like a leaf on a tree when I put my arm around him for a picture, and he was having trouble with his balance.
I didn't smell any alcohol on him, but I was informed by someone he was probably on prescription medication and also probably had had a few drinks before coming in that afternoon.

Personally I fucking HATE Bernstein with a passion.

He doesn't know what he's talking about, and to be honest, just seems a bit thick. He thought Vazquez - Marquez was an early stoppage :: What a fucking idiot. Marquez was done and Vazquez is a lethal puncher.

Not only that but he is just boring, he never has anything interesting or funny to say. I hate bernstein and all of the Showtime crew.

At least Merchant knows what he is talking about some of the time, is consciencious, and knows a good stoppage when he sees one.
