why should he be respectful? or more exactly, why should he "not" be disrespectful?

 

I actually prefer the B.A.D. crew (Lemmon and Papa) when Merchant is working that night.

Kellerman and Merchant are polar opposites. One is an ass kisser who over-states everything, the other takes pleasure in shitting all over every fighter who steps into the right save a few...

Lampley is mostly the issue for me. I've long since grown tired of hearing him call punches which don't happen. It's even more pronounced now that I don't hear their original broadcast. My first listen of the HBO crew is on the replay and in most cases, it's like watching a completely different version of the fight.

Sometimes, it would depend on the fight obviously. But as an example I scored the first round of Pac-MAB 2 even.

 

i know, it was just a joke, he always seems to have at least one round scored even in every fight. Roy always used to joke about that during broadcasts.

 

I don't often score rounds even but it's not a practice i shy away from either. I don't think judges should be pressured into coin tossing, but that's a matter for another thread.
