He isn't though, you can pick apart any fight in history if you want, but skillwise both of these guys are up there with anybody in history. Pretty much every video I've seen of former great pros has consisted of them praising the shit out of both of them. It's an incredible match-up skillwise, without question.

So Loma only gets to re-hydrate to 138 max which could potentially make him weight-drained

They are great talent, but calling them thr best aggregate talent of the last few decades is beyond laughable, especially considering we had pac-may not long ago.

And both guys are much too unproven to be compared to the great talent wise atm (especially loma)

Your opinion is going to widely dismissed because you have clearly shown your bias agaibst Loma in the past.

You should have been more creative...something along the lines of “Rigondeaux is a sexy black Cuban Mandingo “. Wasted opportunity my friend. Wasted.

Are you saying there is no such thing as a boring fight? Just ignorant fans with misguided expectations? I disagree.

No. He's saying that, to be interesting, a fight doesn't necessarily have to involve two aggressive Mexican's throwing haymakers at each other with little regard for defense. This fight will be very interesting to watch from a technical, chess match perspective. It'll be fascinating to see the ring generalship game, the positioning, the dictating of pace, the counter punching. It'll be all about adjustment of strategy and tactics...with some firefighting in between

How EXACTLY Did You Reach THAT Conclusion, Based on REED's Response???...You Basically Went from A to Z, Completely MISrepresenting What REED Said...

REED is Saying Lomachenko vs. Rigondeaux WON'T Be a Boring Fight...Will it Be Gatti-Ward or Corrales-Castillo I? Highly Doubtful...

But Watching the MINDS of Loma and Rigo on Display Will Be Some TENSE, EDGE-OF-YOUR-SEAT Shit...

It May or May Not Possess a High Degree of REWATCHABILITY, but it Most Certainly WILL NOT Be "Boring" Live...

Rigo has already had boring fights. In this one, it is entirely possible the suspense will be over after 2 rounds. I am looking forward to it. Do not get me wrong. But I do not expect it to be entertaining beyond the initial question of who gets the better of whom.

Fuck this pretense that you have to appreciate boring fights to be a true boxing connaisseur. Pbf skills were marvelous, but he still had his share of stinkfest.

Im not necessarly expecting this fight to be boring, but the potential sure is there

Agree. Bottom line is, there's many facets that contribute to a fight's entertainment value, but in order for it to be entertaining, it must have drama and suspense. When guys throw 10 punches a round, like Rigo is known to do, it just isn't entertaining.

If a prime Mayweather fought a prime Pernell Whitaker...the fight would have been all but guaranteed to go the distance in a low volume, low drama affair, with a lot of slipping and sliding and feinting....but MAN would it have been fascinating to see. A low action, low drama fight can be very good to watch if both guys are highly skilled.

Besides anyway...lomachenko is high volume puncher, and Rigondeaux is a hit man...so I doubt this fight will be boring, even from a drama/action perspective. It's wont be gatti ward or Morales Barrera, obviously, but it'll have some action/drama in between the chess match.
