    you said they were all dead and the island was purgatory. That is not true. And many of them lived long lives after they left the island. You have no clue what you are talking about.

    No one survived the plane crash. Even the 'survivors' who 'returned' were dead. That was very clear in the last episode when all the 'survivors' one by one accepted that fact and then were able to move on to the next level in the afterlife with Jack being the last one to get this revelation from his dead father.

    They all "survived" the plane crash. The wreckage scene at the end has nothing to do with the ending.

    DUDE YOU ARE TOTALLY CLUELESS. They all survived the plane. Those who got off the island, lived long lives. The church scene was purgatory. The church is where they were all waiting until the last person died. For crying out loud.
