I'll give the edge to Mathysse. It will be similar to the Soto fight except than Khan will probably get starched earlier.:giggle:
I think Matthyse could only beat himself against Khan, if he didn't let his hands go enough. Last night he fought more determined than I've previously seen him. He clearly was Hell bent from the opening bell on NOT letting Soto last the distance. If he fought Amira the same way, trash-Khan goes to sleep. Khan's chin aint holding up to Matthyse's power all night, and I don't think his bullshit punches would deter Matthyse either. I still don't think trash-Khan would beat Rios. He'll beat Garcia though, because Garcia is a FNF calibre fighter. But if Danny pulls the upset, Amira might as well retire.
Yep, it's pretty clear now the way to beat Khan is to just pressure the shit out of him. Even a half arsed make shift pressure fighter impersonator like Peterdude managed to eek out a close decision over Khan. If Lucas fought as aggressively as possible and just stayed on Khan round after round, he'd probably stop him eventually. It would take a consistent, aggressive performance though, if he was patient he'd just get flurried into bolivian.
As much as I dislike Khan, he doesn't avoid tough fights. I'd like to see this fight, it's an interesting one, this or Khan Vs Rios. Both of them have the potential to be fun, "whacky" fights with Khan skating around the ring like a baby deer, landing a flurry, getting hurt, hanging on for dear life, skating some more, etc etc.
Matthysse is better than Maidana, which for me means Matthysse stands a great chance against Khan. Just think maybe the height difference could prove a big obstacle for Matthysse though.

I agree, it was certainly a nice performance from Lucas, but Soto IS a natural 130 pounder, and that's the main reason I gave him almost no chance against Lucas. The result shouldn't be any surprise.
Soto STILL has a better chin than Con, regardless of his size. If Matthyse hits Con with that same right hand, he'll hit the ground like a new born baby deer......... again.
