95% of professional athletes use PEDs in some way shape or form.

My point is Roach doesn't have his fighters on any heavy strength training to take advantage of roids. They aren't popeyes spinach, you dont just inject it & sprout muscle, you still have to give your body a stimulus to get significantly bigger and stronger, and traditional boxing training doesn't really provide it. A guy like Barry Bonds would have spent a good amount of time in the weight room as part of his conditioning program. At best Manny does some floor calisthetics & plyometrics. If they provide any advantage its not a significant one as a look over the performances of guys caught testifies to.

Now a guy like young Holyfield or David Haye who has to gain 30lb of muscle in 6 months? There's an advantage to be had there, but hardly for guys who have to make weight and dont even perform any weight training anyway.

Since when did roids give you a better chin?

Some of you are cracking me up now.

It was impressive, very impressive, that he walked the bigger man down and took his shots like they were nothing.

But ultimately it shouldn't have been that shocking.

At 130+ Pacman's chin has looked absolutely solid. He's not only not been knocked down, but he's never even been seriously hurt.

And sometimes fighter's chins really do improve with the extra weight.

Look at Duran. At 160 he took flush shots from Hagler, and bombs from the 6 foot middleweight Iran Barkley, and took them like they were nothing. Fat little 5'7 Duran.

Was he on roids too?

People are having a hard time accepting that Manny is simply a force of nature, and one of the best, most talented fighters of all time.

You're not an expert. Nor should you presume to know the extent of Manny's training regiment. What. You think because you watched 24/7 that you're privy to everything Pacquiao did in training? The show is one hour a week.

Roach has also brought out a fairly extensive range of DVDs on his training methods which I've watched.....and he says repeatedly he doesn't believe in heavy weights for his fighters. Thank you.

he also doesn't believe in training in the Phillipines. if Manny is taking anything, and i have no reason to think he is, Roach likely has nothing to do with it.

It certainly was a huge advantage for Fernando Vargas....

The fact of the matter is Pacquaio, Mayweather, Hopkins, and to a certain extent Mosley are GYM RATS. They are always constanly training and HARD.

If these allegations continue, have the Nevada Comission answer to the tests performed prior to and after Pacquaio fights and provide PROOF behind the allegations. If not, be liable to a LAWSUITE or STFU!

Nothing would suprise me in this filthy, corrupt, sport, Pacquioa is big business, a big revenue generator, and you've got to protect your business, by any means neccesary.

Pac fights about 3 times a year...Training camp is 5 weeks. That's 15 weeks out of 52 weeks in the year he's around Roach. You think boxers hang out with their punch drunk trainers if they don't have too? Pac does off season training like all other athletes and you have no clue what that's comprised of bro.

Nothing in terms of PED use would really surprise me in pretty much all pro sports, not just this one.

Yeah but apart from all the necromancing nectres, I think wrapping tricks are the look aswell, Hopkins is no suprise to me, but even the 'charitable, humane' Wladimir Klitschko, will jack his left hand with a little somethin' somethin' in his own controlled little German fishbowl as he did for the Brewster rematch.

Yeah just fast forward her to the end, they pull the right glove off, a member of his team goes to pull the left off and he has a little word, and keeps it on, he then conducts interviews, raises his hands in victory to the crowd,.. with one glove on?.. Websites began to speculate that he injured it, but he denied this,... so why did he keep it on?.. One thing I do know, is that he threw aaaloooooot of lefts, right through to the end, you wouldn't suspect he injured it, fuck, he even tells you that himself.... why'd he keep one glove on?

I wouldn't be surprised if Pacquiao tested positive one day of something illegal. But to make acusations just because he is so unbelieavable it's pretty weak.

It just shows the jealousy by Paulie, Cintron, Floyd Sr. and whoever is bringing it up publicly.

Personally I don't care who uses what at the end talent and hard work always pay off. I have the same feeling in baseball or whatever sports involved with roids. It's not a big deal for me.

by the way shouldn't Pacquiao already tested positive by now if he was using?

How did Toney, Vargas, Salido and all others get caught?

I"m sure if Pacquiao fights Floyd, Floyd Sr. will try to get him through some crazy testings before and after the fight.

If someone handed me a picture of Pauli Moorlignaggi and said, hey, multiple choice, where do you think this guy comes from?.. England or Lebanon?

I'd know which box I'd tick,.. and so do the rest of you,..[IMG]
