Who wins this battle? Would've been such a cool build-up.

The fight? I think it would've been interesting. Paulie ' s jab and speed against Gatti ' s left hook and undying will to win.

Malignaggi UD. Gatti gets his licks in, but Paulie is more than tough enough to take it.

Agreed and it would have some pretty entertaining rounds. Not a great fight, but a good one.

Yeah. Gatti was a bum. Hard to take your response very seriously when you call someone like Gatti a bum.

I think Gatti would outmuscled and outworked Malignaggi, who's far from being a great fighter

LOL, you need to be a great fighter to decision Gatti?

Anyway, Malignaggi by decision in an entertaining scrap

Bum ass Gatti would get jabbed to death by Paulie. How is Gatti gonna outwork him when Paulie was the more active fighter? Gatti's ONLY chance here is by stoppage, and Paulie's chin is too dependable for that.

    That's not what I meant.
What I meant by that is that Paulie is so average as a fighter, I could see Gatti beating him

I think it is possible Gatti could win, for sure, but he wouldn't win by a lot the way all of the good fighters Malignaggi fought did

you severly overrate Paulie. The guy should have lost to Cano, Ngoudjo and N'dou, who were able to use their strenght to get paulie off his game. Gatti, limited as he was, was as stong as them. Not to mention that Pauli rely a lot on his speed, and is not technically sound at all. Gatti hands were as fast as his, and I dont think he has the firepower (obviously) nor the technical skills to avoid getting overwhelmed by Gatti. I see Gatti outmuscling Pauli and outwoking him in a workmanlike decision.
