FLOYD finally has what he always WANTED.....nobody at or below 147 who can beat him. are you serious? pbf's whole line is that pacquiao wouldn't agree to random testing, with the implication being he couldn't pass it. and that his success is attributable to his juicing. well, if that were the case, it's pretty hard to figure he would call voluntarily for random testing, wouldn't you say? of course, those of us in the know recognize that pacquiao did in fact accept random testing at which point pbf changed his financial demands. but for those who continue to believe pbf's line, this latest news is further reason to dismiss it.
