    He's already fought in Mexico so it's a fact that he will be allowed to fight there regardless of any US decisions. I agree though, he should never be allowed to fight anywhere again. He should be banned for life.

    Then why did so many trainers say it was possible Margarito didn't know? Seems to me that you may be right, but I think it could depend on what was being inserted. The pad went on after the hands had already been covered so if it wasn't a rock, it seems like it could have snuck in.
