Breland was clearly better, but he was fragile and skinny while Brook is massive at WW. Brook was actually both quite talented and skilled, and he proved in the few fights he's had at the highest level IMO. I think there's a good chance he bangs Breland out, but there's a better chance Breland is too good for him IMO.
