:: word. You and Muzse would love nothing better than for Shane Mosley to beat Floyd Mayweather....just to see my reaction and pay me back for 10 years of "Shane-Hatin'" and "Floyd-nuthuggery". Aint gonna happen though.....:kidcool:
You think far too much of yourself. I've always been a fan of Shane. The fact you've been wrong about him for 10 years is your shame to carry.
I haven't been wrong about him at all. My position on him has been vindicated. I have never called him a bad fighter, rather, I've maintained that he's a good fighter...just not this multi-dimensional master boxer that guys were pegging him for on account of him beating Oscar the first time. I was keeping the "overrators" in check. Shane is and always was a speedy slick slugger. Cotto, Wright and Forrest (and Mayorga and Vargas) already exposed this. I'm a Shane fan and have been right about him.
What are the chances of Shane letting Floyd Jr. win because of his involvement as a promoter with G; wich has a one year option on Floyd. Mosley could make 24million if $May fights Pac-Man. Please share your thoughts.
Call REED "Naive", but he just CAN'T See Sugar Shane PURPOSELY Losing to a Guy, Merely for FINANCIAL Gain...UNlike Floyd, Legacy is IMPORTANT To Sugar Shane...& Besides that, it's NOT like Sugar Shane would See ALL of that 24 Mil HIMSELF, if/when Floyd & Pac Met.... REED:mj:
It's still spread all over his face BUT the Sly one has noticed a distinctly HIGHER nose bridge of late. Compare it with this:
I doubt Mosley's stake in G is big enough that he'd consider not trying to win this fight. And it's not like a fight between he and Pacquiao wouldn't be huge. On the other hand, it would explain PBF's sudden change of mind regarding his willingness to face Mosley. Now, ODH's fight with PBF? I don't see how anyone can view that fight without suspicion.
Shane's previous exposed drug useage, was disgraceful,.. he has been disgraced, probably not as much at the time as he should have been,... he accepted to participate in the USADA program, talked about it being good for boxing, ................................but he's willing to drop it like a bag of shit, just for the Pacquiao payday,..and that's not good enough,.. thus I want him to lose this fight,.. because if Fraud loses, the important influence of this implementation for boxing, will probably get fucking buried faster than you can say Bob Arum. Fraud has to stick around to keep this important issue in the limelight.
This is THE ONLY Way You Can RECONCILE YOUR Favorite Fighter LOSING to the Fighter U Currently LOATHE the Most... REED:shit:
Mayweather's willingness to face Mosley is because he has no other choice out there to make the type of payday he wants and not have the boxing fans calling for his head if he fights someone else. He didn't want to fight him last year because Mosley was too much of a risk after that sort of inactivity. Marquez was an easier opponent whom Mayweather could beat and use in negotiations in a Pacquiao fight.
Shane's not very eloquent at all, not a fluid speaker, or good at expressing himself, but he's not stupid.
By the way, look at Floyd in this interview, then look at a Floyd fight or Floyd interview at 130. His head is significantly bigger now. It must be HGH! :kidcool:
Then we (As boxing fans) have to be grateful with Floyd for giving us a chance to prove he's on HGH. Same as this other pinoy boxer I know, thank god they're putting boxing 1st and not some fake needle phobia. :bears:
:: I like how you worded that last sentence. This doesn't surpise me at all. I've been reading lots of interviews with both Roger and Floyd Sr for years and they've all ways had high respect for Shane. Floyd Sr even said in a not to distant interview that if Floyd ever fought Shane that he would have to get highly involved in Floyd's training. He didn't say he'd have to necessarily be the head trainer but that he'd have to have some strong input. I'm going to feel kind of sorry for Floyd when Shane KO's him but everyone loses sooner or later. At least Shane will get to double his money on the rematch.
It's funny when Floyd is asked his opinion on his oponent's fights he always acts like he don't watch them. He was asked about he Shane/margarito fight and he said he probably caught the tail end of the fight. ::
