I'm not saying anything other than if Floyd wants to test his skills against the best in the world to prove he is the best there are better fighters he could face. As always, Floyd picks the match with the least risk and biggest upside.

The day Floyd fans admit Floyd don't give a shit about legacy or being the best is the day I stop making posts like this. If people can't see it they are blind. Floyd is all about what looks best on paper, least risk, most upside.

ok. i guess nearly losing to Collazo and moving back down to 140 following the fight is pretty shaky ground for assuming that he'd lose to the very best at 147.

basically. i want to see PBF lose. therefore, i want him to fight someone who has a chance to beat him. hatton does not. that's why i'm complaining. i'm entitled to complain.

Actually I don't bitch about everything. I think boxing is in a lot better shape than most. Go post about someone who maybe you know something about.

I'm going to have to agree with you Double. It's easy work for Floyd. When it happens we can just say "I told you it would be easy"

i wouldn't bitch if i didn't care. i bitch and moan because so much of my joy depends on PBF's getting beat down. i'm just afraid i'll have to wait another 2-3 years before it happens. whereas, if he manned up and fought Williams or Margarito, i'd only have to wait a few more months.

If he fought Margarito you would be waiting forever. The jury is still out on Williams. The fact is you have a hard time giving fighters that you hate credit. Even if they win fights that you are sure they will lose you continue to talk shit on them and take away credit. It really is silly.

He gave credit to Floyd after the DLH fight... for about 24 hours and then he reverted back to his old self.

i agree with val. double l is a hater. nothin too wrong w/ that but he fails to give credit where credit is due. that and he bases his picks on pure hate for a fighter (i.e, floyd & hatton)

Well I don't know how anybody can give Fraud credit fighting like that, by implementing that illegal shoulder roll shit during every critical moment, his opponent does all the hard tactical work with subtle movements to finally trap Fraud into place, only to be cheated out of it by him turning his back, ducking his head down below belt level, then twisting away and running to the opposite corner, he repeats this course until the end of the 12th where he can go and collect his cheque. This is what boxing is apparently, and this is the way Fraud-groupies are telling us it should be.

 I can't BELIEEEEEEEEEEEVE these sentences are coming from one of Fightbeat's most NOTORIOUS Fraud-groupies,......

The consensus WANTED the more compelling match of Fraud-Margarito, over Fraud-Bumdomir,..that would have been BETTER for BOXING,....... but which route did you choose?...which route do you ALWAYS choose?..

:nono: Don't give us those sentences when you fight so very HARD on behalf of Fraud's totalitarian dictatorship,..

    Ouch! Burned!

After Baldomir beat Judah, REED called him a bum. Then he beats the washed up Gatti and he's Legit. Funny how that works. He's a bum for beating a guy who's actually good and THE MAN for beating a shot shell of Gatti.

    No Pacquiao?

Or the possibility that Hatton turns it into a WWE match?

No.I just don't like Hattons chances which why Floyd would rather fight him than the top welterweights.

Everyone on this board has their favorite and least favorite fighters and just about everyone on here bitches about something. Like I said, that doesn't make someone not a boxing fan.

Believe it or not, you're not the most objective person on this board. Neither am I. Double L is probably the least objective when it comes to certain fighters. But objectivity doesn't define a fan. It's all about having a passion for the sport in one way or another.

Sorry but not being able to give any credit to a fighter is ridiculous. Honestly, I am 1 of the most objective people here. I can say that without a 2nd thought. Gambling forces you to be objective. Even besides that though, I never have any issues giving fighters credit whether I like them or not. Like I said, post to someone you have a clue about because you have no clue what you are posting about when posting to me.

Word. This thread is a perfect example of people making it a no win situation for Floyd. Ridiculous. and god forbid people express the very reasonable idea that Margarito is not as tough a fight as Hatton.

Double L of course is on top of this dung heap of stupidity. I guarantee if Floyd fought Margarito instead people would say he was ducking Hatton.

Hatton is imo the toughest fight for Floyd out there right now.

Exactly. People would say...and with good reason....that Floyd is cowardly fighting the guy who was just beaten in his most recent fight instead of the undefeated warrior who just destroyed Castillo...a man that gave Floyd hell.

Double L would in fact be the head cheer leader of such a movement..

I'm the biggest Floyd fan on this board and I can tell you that him fighting Hatton makes me more nervous than him fighting any other Welterweight/Jnr Welterweight with the possible exception of Paul Williams.

Ask ANYONE who the biggest "Floyd nuthugger" on Fightbeat DOT COM is and 99% would say

Neil would get FAR more than 1% of the vote.
