So what was Mosley's prime? Welter or 135 or 147. I also want to add that MWS said that Mosley currently is faster than Mayweather.

A bit of both, I'd say. He certainly wasn't past his prime in his early '47 days.

Hard to say. It would be interesting to time both of them.

I was nausing with Ortiz, partly to make a point and get people riled up.

The truth is Floyd is quicker than Ortiz but not by a huge amount.

And I didn't say Mosley point blank is faster, I said in the early rounds he has a small edge in handspeed. Which he does.

Floyd has faster feet, and WAY faster reactions/reflexes.

Prime Mosley IMO had the 5th fastest hands in history behind only RJ, Taylor, Camacho, and Leonard.

No he's not. Prime Zab was also faster than Gamboa.

It's hard to say to be honest.

For single shots I'd rate Zab above Shane actually. Naseem Hamed also had very fast hands in his jnr featherweight days.

    What about prime Thomas Hearns?

Sugar Ray Robinson's combinations were a blur.

I don't think I can definitively give an ordered list as you have.
