Pacquiao forced the champ to come DOWN in weight FOR A 147 LB FIGHT, the same guy who moved to 154 lbs for his very next fight. Having Cotto make 145 lbs was a bitch move and it definitely detracts from the victory.

Going back to 2005 Manny has had 16 fights. 6 were against guys coming off of a loss. Then there is Diaz who got a gift, possibly even Shane. So it could be up to 8 coming off a loss when Manny fought them. Not to mention how guys like Tornado and Oscar looked like shit in previous fights.
