I just know from experience. So i didnt put too much into many people not knowing what is done to improve the ability to take a leg kick.

Man. My legs look FUCKED up from all the abuse i have done to it, in order to have in the condition it's in. The pain and journey i went to for that shit is unforgettable. But its so worth it. And that isnt nothing compared to Muy Thai guys. God knows what they do.

I do laugh guys like MWS who claim to have a Martial Arts background and him not knowing any of this. And thinking continuous punches to the chin IMPROVE the ability to take a shot.

 

you could have the thickest legs in the world. If they are conditioned to take kicks. And by conditioned i mean constantly kicked to where basically your nerve endings arent so strong. You will have a hard time.

You cant do that with a chin. A chin is bone. a leg is full of muscles
