Canelo's a small Middleweight, Monzon would beat him up.

Monzon gives him a worse beating than he did Napoles.

Canelo won't be able to avoid that punishment. Horrible style match up for him.

I will say this though, Duran was smaller than Canelo: frame height and reach....yet he hung tough with Hagler (one of the greatest Middleweights of all time) for 15 rounds. Now I know that was THE Duran who spewed fireballs from his eyes and lightening bolts from his arse, but nevertheless it shows that canelo isn't necessarily too small to hang with a full fledged Middleweight.

Canelo isn't too SMALL to hang with Hagler, he's too inferior to hang in with Hagler.

Marv would give the Ginger a vicious, vicious beating.

Trinidad would give Canelo a beating, never mind Hagler

Trinidad wouldn't give Canelo a prolonged beating like Hagler. The Ginger would be unconscious in under 6 rounds against Tito.

Ginger would hang with Hagler. Hagler wasn't a big Middleweight hence why he feasted on blown up lightweights and welterweights.

You sound like a casual fan saying dumb shit like that. Hagler's best performances were against Hamsho, Minter, and Sibson. Not only were they middleweights, but they were better than Canelo.

Hagler stops Canelo in a non-competitive fight. Ginger would never win a round.

As usual, your anti-Leonard, Hagler, Hearns, pro-Floyd agenda is clear.

I doubt Canelo could hang with Hagler.

There's nothing yet I've seen of him that leads me to feel that. Lets see how he does against Cotto first. There's no guarantee he's winning that fight against even an old Miguel. And if he loses, then we know just how limited he is. And even if he wins, he'd still have to show me how he could hang with a natural middleweight. But it's doubtful he could. Triple G would light him up, bad.

And Hagler would probably give him a career ending beating. Thats' not Canelo hate. That's just being honest.

But... but...but Canelo hung in there with Floyd Christweather of Grand Navareth Rapids. Surely he could do the same with a mere mortal like Hagler.

Forgive them father Floyd, for they know not what they type.

Usually it isn't that bad if a legendary fighter makes you his bitch, but in Monzon's case that could indeed be fatal
