I really think that Kimbo is the perfect fight for Toney if he came to the UFC. Kimbo is a huge name right now, coming off his first UFC win, no ground game or kicks to speak of, crappy stamina, and inferior hands to James Toney. James really couldn't have asked for a better 1st opponent.

 

well i was just using him as an example. if white wants to have toney on his card at least twice before he loses, his best bet is to get a big name guy w/ ANY grappling skills what soever.

but then again, there's none like that in the ufc. in DREAM, you see sideshows like hong man choi, akebono, and sapp. perhaps white can recruit one of those guys or anyone who would fit that criteria.

if he wants to shit on boxing and get rid of toney after one fight, then i guess he find someone who's not very good on feet but is a well rounded grappler.

 

Put Toney on the Ultimate Fighter and make sure he has a gimme for his first opponent, at least. He'd be Roy Nelson'd soon enough, though.

 

Could you imagine if Toney was on last season with Rampage? That shit would be funny as hell and great tv::
