Most over-rated Currently....

Double hates flashy black fighters. He hates Roy, hates Floyd, and hates Ray. And I'm sure he hates them even more cause all 3 are better than De La Oysters.

 

In your opinion, is this a racial thing, of a 'flash' thing? Because I remember him having a hard on for Forrest too.

Probably flash, combined with the fact that Roy, Floyd, and Ray are held in higher acclaim than DLH, Forrest isnt. And for the record Double, Forrest blows! Nothin but a one hit wonder, bum shoulder having, losing twice to a bum, retard caretaker!

honestly. REED called it - has nothing to do with race. or even personality. it's about style. i like fighters who fight in a particular style, like tito, castillo, joe louis, [acquiao, corrales - i tend not to like fighters like SRL, PBF and Whitaker. but not because they're black! i'm a big fan of steve forbes, fraizer, tyson, lacy, etc...

in fact, when pbf was at 130, 135 and even 140 i was a big fan of his. i shouldn't have to defend myself like this, but i figure it won't hurt to do so.

 

:crafty: Well I can't see much of a difference between your average Fraud fan, or your average Klitschko fan on Eastside boxing, they're both virtually the same in principle, when Wlad got KO'd in 2 by Sanders, the Klitschko groupies migrated from Wlad to Vitali. When Jones got KO'd in 2 by Tarver, they migrated from Jones to Fraud. By that same token, you can't promote the likes of Wills or Langford to pfp or all-time status just because they didn't get a heavyweight shot, and you can't say they would have won that fight just cos they didn't get one.

How many guys in the so-called Negro League in baseball were hitting mad numbers of home runs....you can't say they would have been hitting the same numbers once they integrated into the sport proper. Once a lot of these guys were admitted to the game their homers tailed off pretty fast.

Depth is depth. Ditto for a lot of whites.

There are some good white athletes out there, contrary to what you've been told.

I'm not saying that Wills and co wouldn't have won their fights, but its not enough to show some old black and white foto of these guys with some sad music playing in the background and say that they were pfp contenders!!:nono: :nono:
