Peter Gabriel is generally awful but i always loved that song

 

that song is hilarious

the only song of his I like is "Sledgehammer"

when I worked as a laborer and had to break stone with a sledgehammer, I used to sing it... especially the beginning horn part (ba-da da-da... da-daaaaaa... da-DA-da) and the part during the outro where several overdubbed Peter Gabriels keep singing "Sledge"

I watched this the other night and was kinda depressed at the end because he, frankly, still couldn't sing at all and was still totally fucked up. But check him out a few years later! :) Yay!

It must be incredibly frustrating to not be able to play guitar on your own songs, especially when the pleb next to you keeps fucking up the solos.

I listened to the Royal Blood album last night. Not that good at all. Quite bland actually. I only like that song I shared.

 

That would be mightily impressive if you could do this. You would deserve some kind of award for sure.
