Agreed. Horrible band, Grohl is only worth listening to when he's behind the drumkit.

To be honest, I try not to do the whole 'nostalgia' thing with music now....because it's rife.
Look at all the music magazines and media now...constantly looking back in time to the 'good old days'.
II'm past all that.

The annoying thing is he's a decent vocalist, and has a great feel for the groove as a drummer, you'd think he could write some catchy stuff but it's just unimaginative drivel.

I know I've posted this before, but since we're talking about him, I'll post it again. Grohl is a complete douchebag in my eyes. He gets the honor of playing a Zeppelin song with Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones, and not only does he screech his way through it, he can't even be bothered to remember the damn words. I'd give my left, right and center nuts to jam with members of Zep, and he goes out and totally embarrasses himself.

Fucking Page....he always looks like he's out of breath when playing his fucking Les Paul.
To quote EVH: "he plays like a 12 yr old with a broken hand. Sloppy."

And the worst thing about this clip? Grohl is like "FFS, I'm here with my heroes who I'd gladly suck their hippy dicks" (fucking embarrassing beyond belief when professional musicians do this with their 'heroes'..see also 'Hail! Hail! Rock n Roll!' with Chuck n Keef)) and Page and Jones are like "another $100,000 for 5 minutes".
