Pop is Such a Front Running, NON-Competing Ass BITCH...Never Seen a Coach TAP OUT as EARLY or as OFTEN as Pop Does...Fuck That...

FANTASTIC Coach, BETTER than Phil Jackson in REED's Opinion, but he's Self-Serving PRICK Also...

You cant call the guy one of the best coaches and think he didnt know what he was doing. Sometimes you have to change things up. Pop knows this.

I'd wager Pop was going as far as to scout who is going to get some PT next game while he had the chance.

If wager Joseph gets off the bench before Mills does in game 5

He may not have known the bench would produce, but he knew changing the lineup had the potential to shake things up, as they often do. It's clear you dont like pop and you never pass up a chance to bash the guy, so i really cant take your critique of him too seriously. You realize that right?

do you think popovich sat his guys out because he really doesnt want to win a championship? or do you think he sat them out because he thinks it was his best option toward winning a championship?

reed is more concerned with his entertainment than what coaches/players/franchises do so that they can have the most successful careers and best chances to win titles. he complains when wade sits out games. he complains when rose sits out games. he complains when popovich sits players out of blowouts.

This a different match up with Ibaka on the floor. If OKC gets game 5 this is OVER...

With that said, I don't understand why anyone wants to see OKC in the finals. They're just gonna choke again against Miami and go out in 5 games.

Sounds like somebody got burned too many times with Spurs players in their fantasy line-up. :nono:

Tim Duncan's tired from playing the night before, Tony Parker came down with the sniffles, Ginobili has to leave the game early to visit his kids in Spaghettiville, Kawhi Leonard needs extra time off to figure out why there's an "h" in his first name, Tiago Splitter rides the bench for the entire game, because he forgot to iron Duncan's travel pants the night before.

What makes you think the Spurs WON'T choke again? OKC never "choked" against the Heat. They were overwhelmed. There's a difference. Choking is when you have a series WON, and blow it.

The Spurs SHOULD have won the 2013 NBA championship. They have nobody but THEMSELVES to blame for losing. It was the one of the biggest meltdowns in SPORTS history.

    Fuck the Spurs!

Chalmers never gets any credit for his defensive ability but he can actually guard Westbrook.

Norris Cole is an underrated defender as well. He'd do a good job on Westbrook as well.

Maybe so... But I still think San Antonio has a better shot at beating Miami. OKC would just go out the same way they went out 2 years ago, and they shouldn't even be here now. The grizzlies were robbed as were the clippers.

Game 5 is pivotal since Spurs will not beat the Thunder back at OKC.

1st and Foremost, Gregg Popovich is a BRILLIANT Basketball Mind...The NEXT Time REED Attempts to Diminish Pop's Hoop Acumen, Will Be the 1st Time...

Having Said That, THE WAY Pop Goes about his 4 Championship Winning Business Leaves A LOT to Be Desired...He's a Prick for the SAKE of it, Which is a SORRY Ass Manner of Doing Things, in REED's Opinion...

If REED's Not Mistaken, Pop was the GM of the Spurs, Loooooooooooooong Ago, that BLATANTLY TANKED to Get Tim Duncan...After Advising the Coach @ the Time (his Name Escapes REED's Mind) to TANK, Pop FIRED the Guy & Appointed HIMSELF as Coach...Bear in Mind, David Robinson was HURT Most of that Season & Only Played a Handful of Games, but Pop FIRED the Coach Anyways...

That was the 1st of MANY ASSHOLE Moves on the Part of Gregg Popovich, Over The Years...

Dude Goes OUT of his Way to Be a DICK During the Mandatory Sideline, In-Game Interviews...GOD Forbid an Interviewer Asks MORE than 2 Questions, or They'll Feel the WRATH of Pop...He's Also a PRICK & a Half in his Post Game Pressers...BELITTLING the Questioners, Saying as FEW Words as he Possibly Can & just Being an All Around SMARMY Piece of Shit...

INTENTIONALLY Sending Duncan, Parker AND Ginobili Home, the Day of a Highly Anticipated Regular Season, Nationally Televised Game btwn the Spurs & Heat...& NO, Pop WASN'T "Resting his Older Guys for the Playoffs" Either, Because the Fuckers PLAYED a Game the Preceding Day...Pop Could've VERY EASILY Rested them 1st, THEN Had them Play the Televised Game, but he WANTED to Be a Dick...The NBA Recognized this Too & RIGHTFULLY Fined Pop's Ass...

Again, REED CAN'T Take Shit Away from Dude as a COACH, but as a Person he's SORRY As Fuck...

To Answer Your Question, BENCHING his Starters @ the Tail End of the 3rd had NATHAN to Do w/an NBA Championship...It was ALL about Pop Flexing his Coach Muscles..."I'm Pop, I'm PISSED, so I'm Gonna BENCH my Best Players, Take my Toys & Go Home"...

THAT was the Tone of his Benching of the Starters...
