i dont foresee james having a huge game tonight. unless he is at the foul line on some bullshit, and leonard is in foul trouble.

Spurs should let James score, but prevent the role players from getting hot.

    Huh???...

What about the B.S. "Flagrant" Foul on Chalmers???...What about the Ball that CLEARLY Went Out of Bounds Off Parker, that was Gifted to the Spurs Anyway???...

The Spurs MISSED 4 Consecutive Free Throws @ 1 Point...The Heat were 16-21 from the Line, the Spurs were 12-20...

I don't know bro. It looked like a clear flagrant to me. Chalmers made good contact with that elbow.

Spurs bad free throw shooting didn't help.

Spurs choked. Could've won this one had they hit their FT.

Miami could have won the first one if they hit all their shots. It's not about choking. It's just about losing.

 the guy is the best player on the planet. NO ONE has an answer for him. the spurs have one of the better guys who can match up with him athletically, but he has been unable to stay on the court thus far.

james got hot in the third quarter. spurs still had a chance. i thought they shouldve went to Diaw in the post with wade guarding him when miami went small at the end of the game.

Fisher agrees to coach the Knicks.

I dont get this. You have some perfectly good coaches with a proven track record sitting on the sideline and you want derick fisher?

He was traded from Orlando to Phoenix and Phoenix to Washington. Don't know about Dallas, maybe it was his first team or something. He's probably getting the max this season just because big men tend to get overpaid, plus he looked good in the playoffs, plus a shit team like Washington usually has to overpay to keep good players. Depends on if someone else makes a run at him or not.

I agree with this. I think the Spurs will win this series. When they're on it's almost like they never miss shots. Plus the Heat keep doubling and switching and the Spurs are making them pay. LBJ had to have an amazing game just for them to win by 2 points, and he isn't getting any consistent help other than from maybe Rashard Lewis and Ray Allen hitting their 3's. Meanwhile the Spurs only beat them by 15 points in game 1, and to be honest game 2 felt more like the Spurs were winning that one even though it didn't turn out that way in the end.

    I got Spurs in 6.

agREED about When the Spurs are On...It's as If they Have 6 guys on the Court @ Times...WIDE OPEN Shot After WIDE OPEN Shot...

Teams Play DUMBER vs. the Spurs Too, like Bosh Getting Caught on a Switch w/Parker, yet NEVER Raising his Arms to Actually CONTEST TP's WIDE OPEN 3pt Attempt (Which he Obviously MADE)...

For the Spurs to WIN in 6, they have to Win 3 of the Next 4, Which AIN'T Happening...Sorry...

When Bron CRAMPED OUT, the Heat were WINNING, w/7 Minutes Or So Remaining...Game 1 Didn't Become a 15pt Blowout UNTIL Bron was Carried Off the Court...That CANNOT Be Underestimated...

Having Said That, the Pressure's on Miami to Win Game 3, in REED's Opinion...

THE LAST Thing they Need to Do is Instantly Give Homecourt Advantage Right Back to the Spurs...Also, REED Thinks Miami Might HAVE to Win the Series in 6...If ANY Team Could Win a Game 7 in San Antonio, it's the Heat, but that's Definitely Not the Route a Team WANTS to Take, if Avoidable...

    Per Google...

    Jason Kidd's Making 2.5 Mil...
    Tom Thibodeaux's Making 4.75 Mil...
    Rick Carlisle's Making 4.6 Mil...
    Brian Shaw's Making 2 Mil...
    Frank Vogel's Making 2 Mil...
    Jeff Hornacek's Making 2 Mil...
    Eric Spoelstra's Making 3 Mil...

Derek Fisher IS NOT a Better Coach than ANY Of those Names...Hell, Gregg Popovich is "Only" Making 6 Mil, which is COMICAL if Fisher's Making 5...Stan Van Gundy's Making 7 Mil, F.Y.I.

Apparently anyone who played under Phil Jackson is some possible "good" coaching candidate. As if being coached by Phil means they're now certified triangle experts. That said I never understood why Pippen never tried to get into coaching. He was always considered one of the smartest guys to run the triangle and if the rumors of him being broke are true, (and I doubt they are) you'd think he would have tried to at least do an understudy with Phil back when he was coaching.
