Anthony to Miami makes sense but I don't think bosh and especially wade opt out so that makes it near impossible

Jeff Van Gundy Suggested the Heat ZONE the Spurs, Moving Forward...Certainly Couldn't Hurt...Sure, You're MORE Susceptible to 3pt Shooting, but the Heat's Man Defense has Gotten COMPLETELY Ripped to Shreds...

if, If, IF the Heat Persist in Playing Man, they Should Put Bron on Diaw, When he's in the Game...Spoelstra Needs to Put DWade on a MUCH Shorter Leash as Well, in Man Defensive Sets...

Either Way, MAJOR Changes Need to Be on the Docket for Game 5...

Even w/Melo, the Heat Still WOULDN'T Have an Offensive Big...Bosh is ALLERGIC to Contact & has Become Enamored with Shooting 3's...THE LAST Thing Miami Needs is 4 Perimeter Oriented Guys ALL 30 Years of Age or Older....

i dont think it would matter much. if anthony and james are together then its easy to fill guys in around them and both can score from the post. they'd have to be the favorite for the next 3 years

Could they push Bosh back to the middle? Get him rebounding and doing a bit more dirty work, like he did in Toronto.

From what I've read it was Spoelstra's schemes that pushed Bosh to the perimeter, to make room for Lebron and Wade to run the lanes.

Are any quality PG's going to be available in the offseason? That seems the biggest hole on that team to me.

having a PG who handles a lot minimizes james impact. he is best with the ball in his hands facilitating and making the right decisions. bosh was never a guy who had a presence defensively in the middle. always been a finesse guy and toronto sucked defensively when he was having his best statistical seasons. if the heat can get anthony do it, immediately since their window coincides with james prime. he and anthony have the same window. chalmers has had a shitty post season (at the wrong time since he;s a FA) but he has been a capable player when wade was more of a factor.

Well if the rumours are true, each of the 4 would make roughly 15mil a season, increasing.

Dont you think Wade would restructure a deal say 4 year 65mil? I think he would.

I hope Melo goes there and they fail miserably. Its borderline cheating imo.

Theres a few like Lowry and Bledsoe, but obviously the Heat cant fit them in the cap. Even Livingston would command a lot more than the Heat will have.

I agree with Neil though, having a ball dominant PG would just detract from Lebrons best assets.

It's TRUE...The Heat were LUCKY in Game 6 of Last Year's Finals...

REED Stated it THEN & has Echoed that Sentiment MANY Times Since...It's NOT as if REED's Only Accused the Spurs of Being Lucky, but Conveniently, Posters Can't Seem to Recall When he Points that Finger @ the Heat as Well...

It's Funny How Ya'll Keep Throwing this "Luck" Thing in REED's Face, When By YOUR OWN Admission, the Spurs WOULD NOT Shoot as Well as they Did in Game 3...Why WOULDN'T They???...Because they Made Virtually Everything, Something NO Team Does, Which is LUCK...

19-21 Shooting is LUCKY...75.8% Shooting for a Half is LUCKY...Guys that KNOW Basketball, like the Spurs Friggin COACH, Gregg Poppovich, KNOW this...2wice Now, in Consecutive Post Game Pressers, Pop has ADMITTED as Much...

"We Will NEVER Shoot that Well Again in a Half, EVER" - Pop After Game 3

"Game 3 was an Anomaly. You'll NEVER See that Type of Shooting Again" - Pop After Game 4

Not Sure Why Everybody's Getting MENSTRUAL When REED's Only Stating the OBVIOUS...The Spurs Game 3 1st Half Shooting was LUCKY...Had Absolutely NATHAN to Do w/Game 4, However...

So if Ya'll Wanna Keep Playing the Luck Game, REED Will Keep REMINDING Ya'll of what Gregg Popovich Himself has Stated on the Matter...

How bout instead of getting a PG or fat Melo, the Heat just grab Marc Gasol instead

The Lebron project wouldn't work with a big clogging the paint. That's why they use Bosh and Birdman as centers.

ridiculous. james and gasol would be a bigtime problem for the league. gasol doesnt clog the paint anyhow, he can step out and hit shots or create from the high post.

He can, but he operates mostly from the paint, you just simply don't take Gasol out of there. That's what makes the Grizzlies so dangerous.

james and gasol would be a tremendous tandem. there would be no problem with them playing together. when you have two players with high basketball IQs there is no issues with them fitting.

how the heat would get gasol, i have no idea.

If Melo is looking for a big market + instant title contender situation he's screwed.

In REED's Opinion, the Cavs LESSENED their Ability to Trade the Pick (Slightly), by Revealing this Information from Embiid's Physical...WHY Make it Public???...

    VALID Point...

The Individual Values of Bosh & Wade Are MUCH Lower Today than 4-5 Years Ago...

Wade WILL NOT Opt Out Because NOBODY This Side of Milwaukee Would Want his 30 Games PER Season Missing Ass, & They'd ONLY Be Doing it to Boost Season Ticket Sales...

FINANCIALLY, it Doesn't Seem Plausible Melo Can Join the Heat, if he Even WANTS To...
