Shabazz Napier to Charlotte... GOOD Player, but they ALREADY Have an UNDERSIZED Former UCONN Huskie Playing Guard, in Kemba Walker... REED:scratcher:
Should Be Chalmers...Cole Deserves @ Least 1 More Season to Show & Prove...Chalmers is Dead Weight... REED:shit #2:
Anderson is the prototypical San Antonio player. Fundamentally sound player with good passing skills. We shall see what Pop can get out of him.
Kyle is a great fit for the Spurs. High IQ, versatile and can pass the ball like a veteran. I'm surprised he got drafted that late.
Riley trades for Napier because Bron twitted two months ago that Napier was his favorite NCAA player. One thing is having a favorite player and another one is wanting to play with him, or being sure that he's the right fit. Seemed more like a desperation move by Riley. The old man shouldn't worry, Bron will re-sign even without Napier.
Bron will likely end up resigning with the Heat because simply put... HE'S GOT NOWHERE TO GO... Clippers wont sign him at the expense of their squad, he's too hated in Cleveland to go back, Knicks and Lakers are not championship teams. He'll test the waters and drag this out the whole summer but he'll be back in Miami. He'll be there at least 2 more seasons.
bron has been pushing for NApier with the heat for a long time. Riley doesnt play desperation. Them an has earned more respect than that.
there was an ESPN article out a few weeks ago about how Lebron was saying not picking up Napier would be foolish. Lebron is also very involved when it comes to the team. Almost being like a second coach. While Miami may claim they didnt consult lebron about it, believing so is foolish. Just like Kobe, Lebron is pretty involved with who is on and not on the team.
GF is correct. The NBA isn't the NFL, which is controlled by GM's and Coaches. It's a PLAYERS league, where superstar players call all the shots. Lebron is the best player, and biggest star in the league. He has a HUGE say in who's drafted. Don't be dumb enough to believe otherwise.
agREED... He's an Athletic, Light Skinned Brother that Dunks A lot, Hence the Blake Griffin Comparisons, but there's NATHAN Else to Dude's Game Beyond That...He was a Fucking ROLE PLAYER @ Arizona... He Rebounds Well, but Offensively, there's NATHAN There...Doesn't Handle the Ball Well, Doesn't Shoot from Range Well, Doesn't Have a Post Up Game, PATHETIC Free Throw Shooter...REED Doesn't Get It... Most Projected Gordon Near the BOTTOM of the Top 10, if That... REED:notallthere:
Shabazz is a very competitive dude. He'll enter the league thinking he has a lot left to prove. I don't know how successful he will be, but it won't be for lack of effort or confidence. This kid has been proving people wrong, including myself, ever since he came to UCONN. He has progressively gotten better and better, every year. I know he's a 4 year-guy, and he's ready to step in right away, but I don't think he's hit his ceiling yet either. Lebron just gave Chalmers the kiss-off.
