He Didn't When they Met in the Finals.... Nobody "Crushes" Hakeem Olajuwon in ANY Facet of Basketaball, Dude... REED:nono:

here is shaq talking about how he couldnt break hakeem and that hakeem is the best center of all time. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/_By2-Z3tOms" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
TLC's Simple Minded... He Laughed it Up when DeMar DeRozan Dropped 50 on the Mavs, just Because REED Lives in Dallas, Not Knowing REED's NEVER Rooted for the Mavs... REED:mut:
Remember when Hakeem schooled Robinson? Man i cant believe this was 19 years ago. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/hW4uXlRGAF0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
no one is stopping oneal one on one in the post. ever. past present or future. that said chamberlain wouldve scored on oneal all day as well. he was more skilled from what i have seen of both. he was also a more natural rebounder. there is an art to it. his desire was far greater. oneal was what he was. a dominant force on the offensive end who could be a big factor defensively and on the glass at times. its pretty disappointing that he wasnt a far more dominant factor rebounding wise with his size/athleticism. scoring 50 points per game in this NBA is not feasible. the rules were changed because of chamberlain (and oneal later). regardless chamblerain would be a dominant player in any era and he'd torch these clowns around today in this supposedly more athletic era. I hear the same argument from guys claiming jordan didnt face the same caliber of shooting guards bryant faced athletically.
he's a fucking stat geek. seems like one of those kids who doesnt play basketball and rarely watches the games
Wilt was quicker I think in my mind (sub 11 second 100), had FAR better hops, and if he wasn't as strong, he wasn't down by much (could bench 500 lbs). He was a total freak. But again, a prime Shaq is one of the most dominant centers ever, so saying Wilt would equal that against modern NBA players is nothing to be ashamed of
this ^^ people act like Chamberlain spent his whole career playing the NBA equivalent of chavez jr's first 40 opponents (white midgets), that just isn't the case.
West not being able to dribble with his left is a myth, he just didn't do it as often because of the rules around dribbling & stealing back then
He didn't do it because he lacked ballhandling ability. I'm referring to tape, please state whatever bullshit you are referring to. I'll wait I see you are one of those pretentious guys that reads a few bogus urban legends and tries to act like old timer stuff is on par with modern. Wilt didn't bench 500 pounds for God's sake. That's on par with national level power lifters for his weight in 2014. Let alone 1960
What? Statistically Shaq was more efficient from the Field, and that was about all he had on Hakeem. Once the playoffs start, I'd say Hakeem stepped it up even more-so then Shaq...................statistically, in nearly all facets of the game, offensively AND defensively.
i never seen wilt move like the video i posted about shaq. Especially up the court like that. show me.
How? Hakeem had one year where he was completely unstoppable in a deep playoff run and averaged 31 off of good efficiency. Shaq averaged 30 multiple times in the playoffs and with less shots. Their assist numbers are identical as well. Also Shaq won 3 titles, not 2 and only when the best player in the league was playing baseball
I dont recall the league ever rigging any playoff series for the rockets. nor do i recall olajuwon having a team mate who was among the ten best players in the league at the time.
HIBBERT, Hibbert, hibbert:doh:... Indy's Clearly Paul George's TEAM, but Hibbert's their Most IMPORTANT Piece, in REED's Opinion...If he Doesn't Get his Head Out of his Ass QUICKLY, the Pacers WILL Get Beat Early in the Eastern Conference Playoffs... REED:hammert:
With the way Indiana has fallen apart I doubt I'll even bother to watch any eastern conference playoff games
If the Current Eastern Conference Standings Hold to Form, Toronto will Play Washington in the 3 vs. 6 Matchup...REED Would Watch That, but agREED with the Rest... If Brooklyn BEATS Miami Again Tonight, that'll Be an Intriguing Series, If/When they Meet... REED:hammert:
i will watch washington if they are televised to see andre miller hopefully make it out of round 1. other than that i have zero interest in the leastern conference playoff
Nets about to sweep the Heat for the season. Turns out Jason Kidd is gonna be the COTY after the "Hit me" shenanigans.
Honestly, if Miami Weren't Back to Back NBA Champions, REED would Suggest DISREGARDING the Eastern Conference Playoffs Altogether...Based on their Play This Season, NOBODY from that Conference DESERVES an NBA Championship... It's SHITTY that Good Young Teams like New Orleans, Sacramento or Phoenix will MISS the Playoffs just Because they're in a STOUT Conference... REED:hammert:
Agree with what you said REED. Durant sat the entire 4th quarter to finish the game on 23 points and end his streak of 25+ points.
