He can barely produce on the court anymore. So now he tries to get other opposing players thrown out of the game by agitation and frustration techniques such as the recent ear blowing incident he pulled on David West that led to West pushing Garnett in retaliation and getting T'd up.

Once Terrence Jones comes back, Rockets are gonna be scary. It's funny, Howard is in the best position career-wise yet he seems disinterested because of the lack of touches. Harden is playing so good and he's the leader of the Rockets, there's no reason to give more touches to Dwight. He should earn them with hustle play and offensive rebounding.

Howard is past his prime. That's a big reason why he isn't as productive. Howard's dominance was always based MOSTLY on his athleticism. Injuries have declined his athletic gifts, therefore he's no longer a dominant force.

It's not like he was ever Hakeem, Shaq, or Kareem, great Centers who had great SKILL to go along with their athleticism.

Very true. Howard is the polar opposite of Tim Duncan.

Yup. Duncan is damn near 10 years older than Howard, and as of THIS season Timmy is still arguably better.

Howard won't even be in the league at 38.

He's gonna fall off hard in his 30's, and eventually only be back-up Center caliber.

I don't think his ego can handle being a back-up, so when that time comes I expect him to just retire.

His legacy will be that he was a gifted defender, and rebounder who had limited offensive skill, and who was a diva who lacked the heart and desire to win a ring.

The Nets are on sale, same as The Hawks. Atlanta is just a shitty fanbase, they should move them to Seattle and bring Memphis to the east, where it should be.

Hawks always had a shitty fanbase, even going back to the 90's when the only time the arena would sell out was to cheer on the Bulls.

    Bron never respects his coaches.

Yeah but what he's doing to Blatt is on a whole other level. He's pushing him out of the way like he's a damn kid and he's doing it not only in front of the fans but in front of his teammates. He's basically telling his teammates don't respect this guy because I don't.

Now there's some team captaincy that should really go a long way towards helping the Cavs win a championship.

Bron is a man child. No matter how great you are, you have to respect your coach, no matter how incompetent he might be. It's embarrassing how Bron still acts like the 14 yrs old spoiled high school star that he used to be. I really hope he never wins another ring. It's time to turn the page on the "King" James bullshit.

I dont see it as a big deal. He was doing what everyone of his assistant coaches should have been doing. Getting him out the way so as to not get a technical and get the game moving.

Even if this WAS a Show of "Disrespect" to Blatt (Which it WASN'T in REED's Opinion), Again, What EXACTLY Has Blatt Done to EARN Respect???...

Everybody PRAISED him as an Offensive Mastermind & Used his EURO League Championships as Some Sort of EVIDENCE to his NBA Coaching Acumen...Nonetheless, we're Now Approaching the All-Star Break and there's Been Zero Instances of It...ZERO...Name One, JUST ONE, if You've Seen Something REED Hasn't???...

WITH Bron, the Cavs have Been a TAD Above Average...WITHOUT Bron, this Team Straight Up SUCKS...& if, If, IF Bron was Somehow a HINDRANCE to Blatt's System, there'd have Been SOME Inklings of this During his Injury Leave of Absence, Instead of a 1-9 Record (Or Whatever the Fuck it Was)...

David Blatt ISN'T Owed Anything, Fellas...Worse, as the Season Progresses, he Looks More & MORE Like he's in OVER his Head...But when it's All Said & Done, NOBODY will Blame Blatt OR Blame the Cavs Front Office for HIRING Blatt...

Instead, they'll BLAME Bron for "Not Doing Enough" to Help his Team Reach their Goals...

Blatt will be out soon anyway. Mark Jackson's name is being thrown around more often.

What worries me is that in GS he alienated some key players because he mixed his job with his religion. He was good for GS, but GS is so talented, you'd have to be awful to not be able to get them to the playoffs. Look at Kerr. Inexperienced as he is, and the team is playing better than last season. Cavs should aim for a seasoned coach, someone like Larry Brown if they can lure him from retirement.

I like Jackson as a commentator. I would hate to see him go.

I'll admit after hearing Bron & Blatt's response I have to say that maybe it was worse than it seemed since I only saw it from a gif and wasn't watching the game. At the same time when it comes to the Cav's slow start I'm not going to blame Lebron or Blatt. I think it just takes time for a new team and a new system to gel and take effect. At the same time I don't think Blatt has to have done anything to get respect other than show he's willing to work hard and be competent. He's the coach so if he doesn't come in and get the respect of the top dogs (Bron & Love) the other players are going to tune him out too, and that will only lead to failure for everyone.

It makes no sense for either LBJ, the fans, or even management to be already looking for a new coach this early in the season when Blatt hasn't been given any time to make this thing work. Now maybe James & his teammates have seen something about Blatt behind closed doors, maybe some type of weakness about him that makes them think he needs to go, then I would understand all this so called Mark Jackson talk, but if that isn't the case I think it'd be ridiculous to fire Blatt this early.

Bron could have killed all this talk earlier by verbally endorsing his coach instead of given a meh answer about it a few weeks ago, and now he's got this stupid video. It's kind of hard not to think there's absolutely nothing to this controversy when it would be so easy for it not to exist.

I'd also like to add this about the Cavs:

When they were a Mike Brown production I thought it was Brown who made them such an unexciting team to watch. I'd heard about Blatt before this season and his Euro-styled system so I was expecting Spurs-ball in Cleveland starring Lebron James and was pretty hyped to see it. It turns out though the Cav's are just as unwatchable as they were the last time Bron was there. I'm hoping this will change soon.

Lebron is an exciting player to watch but his winning formula is basically the "drive and kick out". Not much excitement in that, plus he's been playing more in the perimeter this season. I'd rather watch Golden State or the Spurs, whose ball movement makes for exciting basketball (to me anyway).
