i havent seen much evidence of it in game 2 either. game 1 it looks like he shot 6 free throws in the last 3 minutes. that tends to happen often when houston is ahead and teams have to foul.

First, Harden was intentionally fouled 3 times and shot a technical foul, that would put him at 10 actual free throws. Secondly, to answer your question about the Mav's lack of free throws, it's pretty simple, they don't attack the rim, and when they did, they got there shit blocked (9 blocks for Rockets in game 1). That tends to make players not go in to the lane so much. Superstars that attack the rim get foul calls REED, it's been going on for 20+ years, nothing new and nothing to really talk about here.
