No. It is one of those silly mantras that gets repeated without any basis. It is sort of same as your 'losing in semi-finals good, losing in finals bad' -take. It is not as if everybody wasn't trying to win and score all the time the game is on. If Lebron (or whoever) doesn't score early in the game, his team is in no position to pull it off in the 4th. And usually the guys who do the most during the game 'disappear' late. Not because they don't have the mentality but because they get tired. If a guy rests three quarters, then goes all out in the fourth, he is not the most important player even though he scores when it matters
With this mindset you're totally ok with a fighter winning the first 7 rounds then running the final 5 to ensure a win. The term "close the show" has no value based on your stance. Under your guise there's no such thing as "clutch."
Uuuuuh, Game 2 is a Shining Example of Iguodala NOT Playing Well, Despite YOU Incorrectly Stating "He Played WELL EVERY Game"... Nooooo, He Didn't... REED
igoudala played better than curry in that game. you realize curry got zero votes for MVP. zero out of 11, including from legendary basketball minds like Hubie Brown
http://sports.yahoo.com/news/source...ings-to-trade-demarcus-cousins-051748948.html http://espn.go.com/los-angeles/nba/...quire-demarcus-cousins-trade-sacramento-kings Yeah I don't know shit... Anyhow, the Lakers are working with Butler's agent. They are trying to structure a contract that the Bulls won't match. IMO they will not be successful. Butler is considering taking the Qualifying Offer and becoming a Unrestricted Free Agent next year. On the Love front, he still wants to leave, but if there's anything that will make him stay, it will be the ability to opt in for one more year with the Cavs then he also becomes a Unrestricted free agent. Those two considering playing where they don't want to be for one year isn't a coincidence. Salary cap skyrockets the following year.
And again... http://www.nba.com/2015/news/06/24/...onleh-ap-report.ap/index.html?ls=iref:nbahpts New stuff... Next year, DMA will be playing in either Por, Hou, or SA. In no particular order. 0% for L.A. Clippers could be in a possible big trade. I don't know the specifics yet. No one knows what is or isn't going to happen with Cousins right now. They have put a lid on it.
who is DMA? you mean aldridge? good trade for charlotte. batum is a very good complimentary player. similar to ariza
Yup Aldridge, and Portland is off the list now, according to Broussard. That leaves HOU and SA. I agree, good for Charlotte, it's about time they made a good move!!
