Lebron certainly holds the advantage head(18-5) to head but he's also been on far better teams than Durant. Durant was on some terrible teams his first few years in the league.

If you look at their head to head stats Durant has clearly held his own.

I'm not convinced that the Spurs would have held on to win if Leonard would have stayed in either.
