Yeah, but Derek Fisher's slimey ass was a career role player, and not ALL of Duncan's 250 playoff games were as a superstar/first option.

All 213 of Lebron's playoff games have been as a supertstar/first scoring option.

Pretty sure the Cavs will get swept as much as I hate to say it. I just don't see how they can even keep the games close much less win one.

Also I know what's wrong with Klay Thompson and why he consistently goes into these slumps of his. I'm not going to say why until the finals are over because the minute I do he's going to put up 40.

Pop was smart and managed Duncan's minutes well after Duncan was showing signs of the mileage catching up, around 2009, after 12 pro seasons.

LeBron's consistency and longevity at the elite level is indeed extremely impressive, this being his 14th season. Same with Kobe for that matter, it was late in his 17th season when he tore his Achilles and everything went down from there. But he was an elite player from 1999/2000 to 2013 and usually played really far into the postseason.

    Don't Be Disingenuous, Dude...

Sure, Cleveland's Piss Poor Defense GOT Durant Going, but to Say he "Didn't Play Particularly Well" is Bullshit...An EFFICIENT 38, 8 and 8 Speaks for Itself, Bruh...Motherfucker was DRAINING Deeeeeeeeeeeeeeep Corner, Fall Away, Baseline 3's and Shit...

    OBVIOUSLY, he Played Well...

You're MISSING the Point, Brother Sly...

Above All Else, LeBron James Wants to Be Known for his BASKETBALL Exploits...The Money, Fame, etc., is SECONDARY to What he Accomplishes as a Basketball Player...

In the "Last Couple Years" You Speak of, Bron and the Miami Heat were SHIT KICKED by the San Antonio Spurs, THEN Bron Went Back Home to Cleveland and LOST to Golden State...He was VILIFIED and Had his Jersey Burned in the Streets of Cleveland, Upon "Taking his Talents" to Miami...Then he was Welcomed Back w/Open Arms; Prodigal Son Returns, Restoring Championship HOPE...And Again, Golden State BEATS Them in the Finals, CLINCHING the Title and CELEBRATING in Cleveland, No Less...

Duly Note, the City of Cleveland was in the Midst of 50+ Year Championship Drought...Not Just Basketball, but in ANY Sport...Cleveland Hadn't Won a Title Since Jim Brown Played Football and ALL of Cleveland's Contemporary Championship Hopes Rested on the Shoulders of LeBron James...

His Emotional Response to Beating Golden State was GENUINE...Bron is FROM the Cleveland Area and KNOWS that Championship Heartache INTIMATELY...He Grew Up w/That Shit...

Bron Screaming into the Mic, "Cleveland!!!....This is for You!!!", is as HEART FELT a Moment as You'll Ever See in Sports, Bruh...

Not Only That, but When One of Bron's Inner Circle Homey's Started Fucking Up in Public, Bron Cut him Loose, Broke Him Off a Parting Gift of $150 Grand or So, and Told Him to Have a NICE Life...

He Held his Boy Accountable, Disassociated Himself AND Left Him a Decent Sized Lump Sum, to Hopefully MAKE Something Of...

He Also Married his High School Sweetheart, a Girl that Knew Him when he WASN'T Shit...

Bron's Definitely a SOLID Individual, Off the Court...In a World Where Most Athletes Have Weed Offenses, DUI's, Domestic Violence and/or PED Related Issues, LeBron James Stays "Straight and Narrow", Relatively Speaking...

Hate to Say it, but Steve Kerr's "Impact" on the Golden State Warriors Has Been OVERRATED...

They had JUST Broken Thru and Established Themselves as a LEGIT Playoff Team, Under Mark Jackson, Who CLASHED w/the Front Office and was Replaced...Prior to Being Tagged "The Splash Brothers", Mark Jackson was Calling Steph and Klay "THE Best Shooting Backcourt in NBA History"...

The Dubs Epic 73 Win Season was KICKSTARTED by Asst. Coach, Luke Walton, Leading the Squad to a 27-1 (or So) Start to the Season...Kerr was M.I.A. with the Same Back Issues that's Plagued Him in the 2017 Playoffs...

Golden State HASN'T Skipped a Bit in Kerr's Absence...And They were WELL on Their Way to Being Good, PRIOR to Kerr's Arrival...

He played well defensively and as far as decision making wise. I guess I meant to say he didn't shoot particularly well, especially while the game was still in doubt. First half I recall him making 1 outside shot, the rest were easy dunks

I don't think Jackson was quite a next-level coach. He's abrasive and I think he rubbed a lot of the players the wrong way. He really annoys ME, just as an announcer. Especially his cheer leading of the flopping phenomenon, the idea we all want free throw shooting to decide games, and that the only guy who can possibly get fouled on any given play is the offensive player.

    Fair Enough...

The Dunks were COMICAL, Admittedly...Durant SHOOK the Shit Out of Bron for 1, but there was ZERO Resistance Offered on the Other 5-6...REED Doesn't Give a Fuck if Steph Curry, Larry Bird, Ray Allen or Reggie Miller are WIDEfuckingOPEN for a 3, they'll Make that Shot @ a LOWER % than Durant Will Make a Coast to Coast, Uncontested Dunk...

Dude Rebounding, Dribbling the Full Length, w/Out EVER Having to Switch Hands, Crossover Dribble or Anything, and Dunking, was EMBARRASSING as Hell...THE Worst Display of "Transition Defense" REED's Ever Seen, on ANY Level of Basketball...

STOPPING Ball is Waaaaaaaaaaaaay More Important than ANY Would-Be 3 Point Shooter Is...NEVER Give Up a FOR SURE 2 for a POSSIBLE 3...

This is the Recipe for Cleveland...

Keep the Score Reasonably CLOSE...Be Within a 10-12pt Range (or Less) in the 4th...@ That Point, the Warriors WILL Get Tight & Those Jumpshots WON'T Fall as Readily...

GETTING to that Point of the Game is Easier SAID Than Done, However...

I know this is a bit off subject right now but can someone explain something to me? How can a team waive a guy who's under contract with that team? It's something that has always puzzled me. I mean a while back the league gave every team an amnesty provision that allowed them to cut any one player from their team and their cap (although the team still had to fulfill the financial aspects of the contract). Isn't that the same as waiving a player?

The player and team either agree to a buyout, or the team cuts the player outright and has to pay the rest of his contract. What is hard to understand?

To WIN This Series, Cleveland's Going to Need 4-6 3's PER Game, Combined, from Korver/Frye...Minimum...

I do believe it. Durant came in the league as a mediocre at best defender due in large part to a complete lack of physical strength. He improved each year and by his last year in okc he was a good to very good defensive player

Durant was also excellent defensively last year in the playoffs. The end of the San Antonio series and the first few games of the Golden State series were the best I had ever seen him defend.

I think that's part of the reason than he wore down and didn't shoot well.

Sorry, but "Mediocre" 6'11 Defenders Don't AVERAGE 2blocks and 2steals a Game, in College...

Dude has Always had the CAPACITY To Defend and Has Been GOOD @ It, When Motivated/Challenged in that Regard...

James is playing great but expending a lot of energy. Could wear down like in game 1.

    Curry is playing very careless

College Matters Because it SHOWED he Could Fucking Play Defense WHEN HE WANTED TO, Neil...If College DOESN'T Matter, What the Fuck is the NBA Draft About???...

You Keep Harping on Durant's Strength, Like he's Lou Ferrigno, or Something...Motherfucker COULDN'T Bench the NBA Combine Standard (185lbs) Coming Out of College and it's DOUBTFUL he Benches Much More than 200lbs Today...BIGfuckingDEAL...

Again, w/Durant's LENGTH and ATHLETICISM, he's Had the CAPACITY to Be a GOOD Defender All Along...Strength ISN'T a Determining Factor in Durant's Defensive Exploits, as he's @ his Best Playing HELP Defense, Blocking Shots or Playing Passing Lanes...

You DON'T Have to Be Strong to Do That, Bruh...

You SCOFFED @ the Notion of a Durant/Westbrook Pick and Roll/Pick and Pop Also, on the Premise of Durant "Not Being Strong Enough", Yet Durant and Steph (Who's Even SLIGHTER than Westbrook) Have Developed a VERY Lethal Pick and Roll/Pick and Pop Game...

So Oakland gets the first half images, and San Francisco get the second half? Does San Jose get images
