    Right....

1st and Foremost a "Leader" Leads by EXAMPLE...SHOW Me (Us) 1st..

Nonetheless, After Sitting the Bench, WATCHING Boston Advance to Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals Last Year, Kyrie Just EXPECTED the Youngsters to Fall in Line and ACCEPT Him as the "Leader"...

    NOT!!!

Stevens Can Certainly Take Blame in This Instance...

It was Hayward that Had to Go to Stevens and Suggest Coming Off the Bench...Team Advances to the Eastern Conference Finals, Yet the Following Year You Insert 2 Different Starters???...

Don't forget...he wasn't in the arena for game 7. He didn't show up to support the team.

He had septum surgery and was recovering...as if he couldn't have scheduled the surgery for another time.

Kobe was an asshole but still was the alpha who brought in two rings. I can't see Kyrie doing the same.

Kyrie is more Carmelo. Great scorer, not a leader and not an alpha despite how badly he wants to be. I always felt Carmelo thought his salary automatically made him "greater" than he was. Same goes for Kyrie.

Bryant laid an egg in game 7 against a shorthanded celtics team without perkins. Artest bailed him out

Bryant was a better player but not a great leader by any stretch. A harder worker, sure but I didnt see any great leadership qualities in him

I'm with Muzse - let's compare Kyrie to Melo.

I feel weird even mentioning him in the same sentence as Kobe.

But no, Kobe wasnt a great leader. Not if you compare him to a Magic, or Duncan.

Theres a lot of greats who weren't really leaders though.

Hakeem wasnt much of a leader. But he was so incredibly dominant that he carried Houston to two rings anyway.

Kyrie DOES have an alpha mentality, and that's his problem. He's not good enough to be one. He's a Robin.

Kobe had an alpha mentality AND was good enough to be a Batman.

i dont ever recall Anthony going 17-24 from the field on the road in a playoff elimination game, or hitting a game winning shot on the road to win a championship

    REED Wasn't Aware of That...

Definitely Could've (Should've) Been Rescheduled, but Kyrie Couldn't Stand to Be There in Case Boston Eliminated Bron and the Cavs While He was On the Sideline...

    Ego...

Thing Is, Cleveland NEVER Came within Smelling Distance of the Playoffs UNTIL Bron Returned...

Kyrie was a HUGE Contributor in their Championship Win, but That Doesn't Make You Fit to LEAD Another Team, All of a Sudden...When You Think About it, Kyrie "Cheated" the Process in a Sense...Went from No Playoff Appearances EVER to 3 Straight Finals Appearances, to Boston...No Babysteps or Progressions from 1 Round to the Next...

And Besides All that, Kyrie's Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay Tooooooooooooo INJURY PRONE to Be a Leader...

Kyrie makes Stephen Curry (who I don't think in my mind is a very good defender) look like Scottie Pippen on defense

Kyrie became overrated as a result of having Curry's number.

Nuggets / Blazers has turned into a very entertaining series. Hard to pick against the Nuggets at home in Game 7.

Portland Needs to Pay Russell Westbrook to Be in Denver for Game 7, to Properly Motivate Dame Lillard...

    Yep...

Kyrie didn't have Cleveland anywhere near the playoffs before LeBron returned.

2012 - 4th pick - Dion Waiters (who he hated)
    2013 - 1st Pick - Anthony Bennet (bust)
2014 - 1st pick - Andrew Wiggins (Bron traded him to Minnesota for Kevin Love).

Durant's chicken legs die, and all of a sudden the bench goes back to 2015 levels

So this team, i think in my mind, even without KD and Cousins, would still be favored against an un-proven Bucks team

I think Harden would quit life going up against the 90s Knicks' D.
