Harden mumbles as is, he'd open strip clubs too, he's quite fond of them.

WB would try golfing and miss 89.6% of putts from more than 1 foot.

I wonder if The Dream would have to change his game to accommodate the shitty style of play the league has adopted.

Or if the league would have to change for the Dream, cause he'd undoubtedly wipe his ass with every big man in the league trying to guard him.

He'd dominate, he would average 40 pts, 20 rbs 8 blocks 3 stls 4 dimes and shoot 65%. I'm being conservative lol Brad Miller would dominate today's league lol

Olajuwon is easily better than any center playing today but changes in tactics haven't happened for no reason. If playing in the paint still won games, it wouldn't have disappeared in the first place.

Olajuwon was quick and skillful enough to adapt for today's game where positions don't matter much anymore

The rules purely changed to make the league more exciting, not because playing in the paint didn't win games.

Pre-rule change, there were only 4 players since 1990 good enough to truly anchor a franchise to a championship - and only one of them was a perimeter player, and we all know who that is.

The other three were Hakeem, Shaq, and Duncan... all big men.

The Nuggets seem to just lack the "it" factor or an identity. Maybe they just need a true superstar player. Nice team, seeds high, but no one fears them. They need to make a move or two or have patience for their younglings to develop further.

I have a suspicion that Draymond is going to be their 5 from now on. They played small ball at times, but not exclusively like the Rockets, I think they'll be doing more of it and they have the personnel to do it better.

I do believe they will trade that pick, but it won't be for a center.

Bubble Up Bitches for REED's Random Playoff Thoughts...

    1. Luka Doncic is THAT Dude...Granted, it was Obvious Luka Could Play @ an All-Star Level; What REED Questioned was the "Superstar"/Potential "All-Time Great" Level of Acclaim He Received, LESS than 2 Full Years In the League...

The LA Clippers and Their League BEST Perimeter Defense was Luka's "Show Me NOW" Opportunity in REED's Eyes and Doncic Not Only Showed, he PROVED...More Times Than Not, Luka was THE Best Player on the Court (Including Kawhi Leonard)...PG13 Couldn't Guard Luka AT ALL, WHATSOEVER...& Kawhi was RELUCTANT To...

If Not for Kristaps Porzingis' Knee Injury, the Mavs PROBABLY Would've Beaten the Clippers, in REED's Opinion...REED Picked LA and Was Shocked to See Just How EASILY the Mavs Scored On Them and How EFFORTLESSLY Luka Penetrated their Defense...

Barring Injury, the Mavs WILL Win a Championship in the Luka-KP Era and Fuck Whatever Morris Twin it was that Resorted to Bush League, Dirty Ass Bullshit to Slow Luka Down...

    2. REED Picked Boston in 7 Over Toronto But Will Need to Amend That...Boston Wins in 5 and Very Well Could SWEEP the Defending Champs if They Lose Tonight's Game...If Kemba Walker and Marcus Smart Continue to OUTPLAY Kyle Lowry and Fred VanVleet, Boston Indeed WILL Sweep Toronto...

    3. REED Picked Miami in 7 Over Milwaukee and Will Need to Amend That as Well...The Heat are Superior Defensively AND They Shoot Better...Not Gonna Win Many Playoff Series When You're INFERIOR to the Other Team in Those Particular Areas...

Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo DIDN'T Even Play All that Well in Game 2, yet Miami Won Anyways...Dragic, Herro, Robinson, Crowder and Olynk ALL Contributed...Giannis is the Best PLAYER, but the Best TEAM This Series is Clearly Miami...

    4. Speaking of the Clippers, They'll Beat Denver in 5 Max...Jamal Murray's Elevated his Game/Status to a HIGHER Level (As Did Donovan Mitchell in Their 1st Round Duel), But the Clippers Have Denver's Number...While the Individual GAMES Should Be Competitive, the ONLY Way the Series Itself Follows Suit is If Michael Porter Jr. Reverts to Pre-Playoff Bubble Form...

    5. Bron and AD Will EAT UP Houston's "Small Ball" Bullshit...Good to See Russ Get Out of the 1st Round Sans KD and PROPS to Harden on His Clutch Play @ the End of Rockets-Thunder Game 7...But Good Luck Guarding AD w/PJ Tucker...REED's Got the Lakers in 5, Officially, But This Series COULD Be a Sweep as Well...

agREED on most points, I don't see so many game 5's or sweeps though, all these teams are very good, the Elite 8 of the NBA.

The Laker's will try to play smaller today, if this is unsuccessful, the Rockets will win this series.

    Giannis MVP??? Hahahaha

    Nuggets still lose in 5.

Clippers were flat and Leonard had a lot of early shots go in and out. Harrell musta got wasted celebrating his 6th man award cuz he was playing soft as fuck

Then Denver shot incredibly in the first half

Lakers Got LURED Into Houston's Style of Play in Game 1...

    Houston - 14 of 39 from 3
    Lakers - 11 of 38 from 3

Lakers SHOULDN'T Be Anywhere Near the Same Number of 3-Ball Attempts as the Rockets...Also, LA's Rebounding was SHAMEFUL...41-41 vs. a Significantly SMALLER Squad???...Unacceptable...

Bron was Attacking the Rack, but AD was Still Settling for Tooooooooo Many Mid-Range and/or Fadeaway Ass Jumpers...It Behooves the "Bigger Team" to Actually PLAY BIGGER...

The Problem w/Giannis is the 2nd Best Guy on His Team ISN'T on the Level of Most Teams' # 2 Option...Despite his Exploits TODAY (36pts in a Win), Middleton is 3rd Option On a Championship Team...

Even w/the Athleticism and Versatility Giannis Possesses, his Offensive Repertoire is LIMITED...Rebound, Coast to Coast, Dunk...Rebound, Coast to Coast, Euro, Dunk...

No Reliable Jumper or Go-To Move Off the Low Block...

i think middleton is a good enough 2nd option if they had another middleton type guy as a third option. they dont really have anyone who can create offensively for themself and others aside from the main guy and sometimes middleton.

after the top two bucks miami has the next 7 best players in the series.

The Laker's did play their version of small ball, Magee played like 2 mins and I don't remember seeing Dwight at all. Morris is the PF and AD is the Center. It is still s very big version of small ball.

Lakers came out swinging in game 2 to be expected, made adjustments defensively, WB played absolutely horrible, yet the Rockets were right there.

From what I've seen in game 2, the Rockets will win the series unless WB keeps playing like trash.

As the Resident Westbrook Nuthugger of Fightbeat, REED has to Admit he's NEVER Seen Dude Play as POORLY as he Did in Game 6 vs. OKC or Game 2 vs. the Lakers...

It's NO Secret Russ Can't Shoot AND He's Going to Have a Higher Turnover Rate than Most...But he CANNOT Shoot Like Shit AND Turn the Rock Over as Often as he Has, Simultaneously! :freaked:

He Deviated from the Way he Played Mid-Season, Houston's BEST Stretch of Play, Coincidentally...1-2 Three's MAX (Even if he Makes them Both)...Mid-Range Jumpers, Drives, Drive/Dishes...THAT's Russ' Game...There's Enough 3-Ballers on the Team to Where Russ Should NEVER Shoot More than 1-2 a Game, MAX...

In Other News, Did Russ DO Something to Bron???...Dude has Been All UP in Russ' Ass this Series...Dunked On him BADLY, Swatted Russ' Shit 3-4 Times, w/ATTITUDE...

You’re nuts. Golden State could have the number 1 pick and Denver would still laugh their asses off before hanging up the phone in their face. You have to take the quality of the draft into account.

Doesn’t matter what the Rockets or Lakers game plan is, Rockets are headed for a gentleman’s sweep.

It’s just competition. Bron trying to win a championship just like Westbrook is. It ain’t personal.

agREED it's "Competition" and NATHAN Personal, Necessarily, but it's Definitely EXTRA for Bron, for Some Reason...

He was Going AT Russ Like he Went AT Steph During their Finals Together...It was MORE than Just a Dunk or Blocking an Opponent's Shot...Obviously, Russ AIN'T Steph But...

    It was EXTRA...

& REED is 100% COOL w/it...Just Wondering WHAT it Stems From...

While REED's Always Liked WATCHING D'Antoni Teams Play, They Possess a Chronic Inability to ADJUST When Teams CRACK Their Code...

Houston MIGHT Steal Game 5, But This Shit is Already OVER...

In Football Parlance, D'Antoni's a Championship Level "Offensive Coordinator", Not a Head Coach...
