I don’t know if ATL and many others realize this, but hack-a-Simmons is a plan where ATL is cutting their own throats and is actually helping the Sixers. By forcing Doc to sit Simmons during the 4th he’s likely going to replace him with someone who might actually do something. If I was ATL I want Simmons on the floor so I can keep playing 5 on 4.

Also Bogdan Bogdanovic has been terrible and he’s lucky nobody talks much about ATL other than Trey because BB would be getting killed for how much he’s struggled. He’s been almost as bad as Joe Harris.

 

I got the Clippers winning the title. I just think they’ve shown the strongest offense to me. Reggie Jackson has been a beast and I hope he keeps it up.

doncic gets hype cuz he's white. plain and simple. he aint lebron james, thats for damn sure. but looking at it objectively, do you think james would have beat the clippers at age 21 or 22 with the bums on the mavericks roster? the hawks have a nice young roster built around young.

 

Styles make fights and I do think Young would have had a slightly better chance of advancing with Dallas because I think he’s more of a point guard in the mode of a CP3 or Nash where he’s better at running an offense and dictating pace and flow. Luka is the better one on one player has the better size and is good at hitting passes to open guys more in the mold of a LBJ or Harden.

If you take defense out of the equation I think Young has acquitted himself to the point where you can’t necessarily say Luka is much more a better player than Young. I think they’re on the same level but just bring slightly different things to the table.

he played great against that aging detroit team and had the monster game 5 on the road. he woulda needed a few of those performances to beat the clippers teams doncic faced with a healthy leonard. hard to say whether that piston team was as formidable as the clippers. they were minus ben wallace who was replaced by a washed up webber. and lacked the depth of the championship pistons team. that said, it was impressive that james lead that cast of bums past detroit. rest of the east was complete garbage.
