Yeah and couldn’t they have a least waited until PG was back to start the load management thing? Also, given superstar egos you have to think PG is going to want a similar load management schedule too. I mean you basically got a new team here, so I would think building up the chemistry with the two stars as well as them and the rest of the team is more important than load management.

Hey Reed who’s your team, the Rockets?

Yeah, Coming Off Surgery on BOTH Shoulders, PG's a Prime Candidate for Load Management...He's Already Missed 8 Games and is Just Now Beginning 5 on 5 Drills...

REED Wouldn't Expect Anymore than 55-60 Regular Season Games from PG...

REED Hasn't Had a Favorite Team, Per Se, Since the Sacramento Kings Traded CWebb...REED Just Likes Certain Players These Days...

Westbrook's Been REED's Favorite Post- CWebb Player...Marcus Smart's High on the List Too, Having Watched Him Play in High School...

Bout Time for REED to Add a Young Buck into the Mix...Very Intrigued by Zion (Who Isn't?), Ja Morant's SMALL Yet WestbrookISH...REED Has a Soft Spot for Lonzo Ball Too, Having Absorbed Soooooo Much Flack for his Attention Starved Daddy's Actions...

That Said, Non-Committal for Now on the NEXT Fave After Westbrook...

Good to See You Brother Tap:cheers:...

All REED's Saying is This Ain't the East...You Can't Just Squander Games in the West, Knowing 2-3 Games Could DRASTICALLY Impact Playoff Seeding...Hypothetically, Do You or Neil Think the Clippers Could STILL Advance to the West Finals Even as an 8th Seed???

That Would Be UNPRECEDENTED if REED's Not Mistaken...

REED Loooooooooooooovees Dirk and Luka is THAT Dude, but REED Cannot Accept the Mavs as HIS Team Until 2 Conditions are Met...

    1. Ownership Needs to ADMIT They Blatantly Cater to the White, Corporate Fan Base, Sometimes TO A FAULT...
    2. Mark Aguirre's Jersey Needs to Be Retired...

    # 2 Particularly Irks REED Because the Mavs Retired the Jersey of Brad Davis, Probably THE Worst Player in NBA History w/His Shit Retired...Mark Aguirre's the 2nd Best Player in Franchise History (For Now) and to Have Davis' Shit Hanging from the Rafters While Aguirre's is M.I.A. is Criminal!

Isn’t that because Aguirre was disliked due to his reputation as a selfish, chronic complainer? When he was traded for Dantley (guy with a similar rep), I know some teammates like Sam Perkins were happy because they said all Aguirre did was whine. Detroit figured they could get Aguirre to be more of a team guy because Isiah was friends was him, and he wanted Dantley out.

Dallas retired the numbers of two of Mark’s teammates of that era, Derek Harper and Rolando Blackman. Aguirre could have burned some bridges.

By His OWN Admission, Mark Aguirre was a Malcontent in Dallas...

Self Assured, Outspoken, Inner City Chicago Dude, # 1 Pick in the NBA Draft, Going to Arguably THE Most Conservative State in the Country...Owner of the Team (@ the Time, Don Carter) Rocking a 10 Gallon Cowboy Hat, Sitting Courtside...

There was Culture Shock for All Parties Involved...

Aguirre's Gone Above and Beyond to Mend Fences w/the Franchise Over the Years, He Has a Home in Dallas to This Very Day and Dallas Media No Loooooooooooonger Holds a Grudge Against Him...When Aguirre Played for the Franchise, Mark Cuban was a Broke Computer Nerd Sitting in the NoseBleed Section, So to the Degree Aguirre "Slighted" the Franchise, it WASN'T Anywhere Close to Cuban's Tenure as Owner...

What MATTERS is Aguirre Averaged 25ppg, 6boards and 4asts in 8 Seasons as a Dallas Maverick...Highest Career Scoring Average in Franchise History, by a Sizable Margin...He was the FACE of the Franchise, their Very 1st All-Star; the Mavs were HIS Team, Unquestionably...Aguirre Led the Mavs to their 1st Playoff Appearance in his 3rd Season, Averaging 29.5 that Year, and they were a Perennial Contender for the Next Half Decade...

Extended the Lakers to 6 Games in a Conference Semi-Finals, then Nearly Upset them in a 7 Game Conference Finals Later...Derek Harper and Ro Blackman were Excellent Players, But Mark Aguirre was "The MAN" On Those Teams...And They Know It...

Ultimately, a Franchise is a Victim of the Jersey's it Retires, Which (Again) Brings REED to Brad Davis...Davis' Jersey is ONLY in the Rafters Because He was the Lone Original Dallas Maverick Remaining Once the Team Actually Got GOOD, and He's Been an Announcer for the Franchise Since Retiring...

@ his Absolute Best, Brad Davis was a Back-Up PG, Nonetheless, his 9ppg, 5asts in 12 Maverick Seasons Got his Number Retired, Because He was a Scrappy, White, Fan Favorite, as a Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaar SUPERIOR Player Gets Shat On Year After Year...

Mark Aguirre is an Integral, Undeniable Part of the FABRIC of the Dallas Mavericks...REED Would Even Argue Aguirre IMPACTED the Franchise More than Dirk Has...REED Would Loooooooooooooove to Know of Another Player Who's Done as MUCH as Aguirre Did, for as Looooooooooooong as he Did it w/the Mavs, to Get Slighted By the Franchise they Played For in This Way...

It's Childish and Petty...Aguirre's OVER QUALIFIED, But Because He Was an Asshole While Here, that Diminishes his On-Court Productivity???...

It's funny that it turned out that Dantley was the bigger asshole of the two.

Dantley had the better career and was an absolute offensive stud when he was with Utah, but yeah, Aguirre was the better fit at the time for Detroit.

As Great as Dantley Was, You Never Got the Feeling WINNING Mattered to Him, One Way or the Other...He Was Going to Get HIS and the End Result was the End Result...

For the Pistons to Go to the NEXT Level, Dennis Rodman Needed to Start...Aguirre Knew it and Sacrificed his Starting Role, Something Dantley NEVER Would've Done...

Carmelo Anthony picked up by the Blazers. I think they did this because it’s too early to make a trade and the Whiteside move isn’t working out.

I really like Malcolm Brogdon's game. he's one of my favorite young players. Not flashy, consistent. I think the Bucks will miss his consistency. Middleton is too soft and certainly wasn't worth max money. I would have let Bledsoe go before Brogdon. Bledsoe is too emotional and is prone to disappear at times.

I'm also with you on Ja Morant. I like how he gets after it. his size will be his downfall I think but I like how he plays.

The Other Day, Giannis Tweeted Words to the Effect of "Imagine How Good We'd Be if We Still Had Malcolm":D...

Westbrook Pulled Ja to the Side After a Game and Advised Him to Pick and Choose his Battles Carefully, Based on His Size...Dude is SMALLER than Steph, Yet Plays ABOVE the Rim...

    Pick and Choose Young Fella...

Middleton isn’t max, just near max like Brogdon and Bledsoe are. Also the Bucks had to pay Middleton that money otherwise he would have signed somewhere else and who else were they going to use as a number two option? Bledsoe actually came off a very strong playoff performance when they signed him and although his playoff performances lately have been underwhelming, at that time they had to resign both Bledsoe and Middleton to show Giannis their willingness to spend.

It’s easy to criticize the Bucks, but at the time they did them, all their moves were justifiable. I’m sure they’d rather have Brogdon but even then they were questionable about his ability to stay healthy due to his foot issues.

Based on his career. Hes a great athlete and a solid defender but a mediocre, inconsistent shooter. He got completely torched and outplayed by rozier the previous postseason. what makes it even worse is they knew they had brogdon coming up as a free agent

Bledsoe looked bad the two post seasons after he signed that deal. The post season right before he signed it he had a very good playoffs and everyone was praising it as a good deal for both sides. In the meantime Brogdon was looking like a solid affordable piece they’d be able to sign at a fair price, Milwaukee likely figured the chances of him turning into a borderline max player were slim. Instead Brogdon got better and Bledsoe regressed. About the best they could have hoped was trading Bledsoe to keep Brogdon, but who was going to want Bledsoe? So they’re stuck with the moves they made which at the time and as I’ve laid out were totally defensible. So unless you were saying the Bledsoe deal was a bad move back then, you can’t look back with the value of hindsight and shit on it like everyone has been.

As Funny as This May Sound, it's an EMPTY Ass 38.4...

Somehow, Harden's Convinced Refs to Send Him to the Line Even MORE Than they Customarily Do...He's Getting 3.2 MORE FT Attempts Per Game than he Did a Year Ago, Which was a Career High FTA's to that Point...He's MAKING (Not Taking but MAKING) 12 FT's Per Game...Attempting 14 3's Per Game...

To Be Fair, it's Impressive as FUCK Harden Still Manages 7.5 Asts While Averaging 38, But it's Basically the Perfect Storm for Him...D'Antoni's System Allows for Statistical Outliers and Harden Has a Florescent Green Light to Do WHAT he Wants WHEN He Wants...Steve Nash Doesn't Sniff the HOF if He Never Plays in D'Antoni's System...It Is What it Is...

Harden's an Excellent Player, Obviously, and 1 of THE Best Pure Offensive Talents that Ever Lived...But he's NOT a Guy NBA Fans (Outside of Houston) Go OUT of Their Way to Watch...Aside from the Occasional Dribble Move, He's NOT a Guy Little Kids Mimic All That Much on the Playground...There's No Group Texts Consisting of Brothers Saying "Maaan, I Can't Wait to Get Home and Watch Harden Tonight", the Way There is w/Bron, Kawhi, Giannis, Luka or Others...

REED's Seen a Handful of Rocket Games This Year and it's the Same Shit w/Harden...Drops 40 on OKC, But Makes 21 FT's in the Process...That's NOT Fun to Watch...

REED Thinks Harden Cares MORE About Stats, Accolades and Creating Rule Bending Dribble Moves Than WINNING...

The Constant Knock on him is that he Does Soooooo Much in the Regular Season it Renders Him Incapable of Consistently MATCHING That Output in the Post-Season...And w/That Said, Now You're Trying to Average 40 for a Season???:Jest:

People Keep Saying "This is Wilt Chamberlain Territory" and it Is...Difference Is, Wilt was a Legit 7 Footer and THE Best Pure Athlete on the Floor When Others @ His Position Were 6'8 or Shorter...Wilt Scored MUCH Easier than Harden Does...

Iso on the Perimeter, Dribbling the Air Out of the Ball for 20 Seconds and Heaving Up a 3 Expends MORE Energy than Posting Up Wilt on a Shorter, Weaker, Slower Defender Does...

Harden May Very Well Average 40, But his Playoff Average WON'T Approach it, That's for Damn Sure...
