KP’s career trajectory was severely impacted by his injuries. I think he had the potential to be great.

How can you say his injury history isn’t similar to AD’s? KP has never played a full 82 game season and I believe the most he’s ever played is 66.

Pretty sure Kareem never got seriously injured. Know what the difference was? He did yoga.

    Yeah, Harden's a Passive-Aggressive DIVA for Sure...

Stephen A Smith is a LOUD, ARROGANT ASSHOLE, But 1 Thing He Isn't is a LIAR....The Collective Behavior of Kyrie, Simmons and Harden Will Definitely Conspire to Fuck It Up for the Players During the Next Bargaining Agreement...

Guaranteed Contracts for NOT Playing???...Good Luck w/That...

Rodman Would Have a Place in Today's NBA, but it'd Be Hard Justifying STARTING Him...

The Closest Current Comparison to Rodman is Probably Draymond Green, but Even Draymond Shoots 3's and Facilitates....He's Not Just a Rebounder/Defender...

In the Case of Simmons, it Got to a Point Philly was Playing 4 v 5 on Offense Because Simmons was Non-Existent On That End...

The Secondary Role Harden Played in Brooklyn is All Philly Will Require of Him to Be Successful...

No One in the League is Playing BETTER Than Embiid, Currently...

Simmons will Have to Do SOME Shooting, SOME Scoring in Games Kyrie's Unvaxxed Ass is Unable to Play...Unless KD's Going to Average 60 @ the Crib, or Something...

    Sure, it's Hypocritical...

But Kyrie Clearly ISN'T Willing to Do ANYTHING it Takes to Win a Championship Either...And in a TEAM Sport That's the Most Important Thing...

Once Again NO Structural Damage, Yet AD Rolled on the Ground, Writhing in Pain Like DEATH was Imminent....His Pain Tolerance is Literally SHIT...Had to Be Helped Off the Court...@ Least He Didn't Collapse in the Tunnel This Time, REED Guesses...:duck:

And He'll Be Out for a MONTH...

Per Jay Williams, AD's Accumulated 66 DNP's in the Last 3 Seasons, PRIOR to this Latest Injury...

It's Unfortunate, AD's Clearly Not FAKING and he Actually Seems Like a DECENT Dude, But He's 100% UNRELIABLE @ This Point...Even After This Particular Injury, It's Only a Matter of Time Before He's Injured AGAIN...

You Can Set Your Watch By That Certainty...

hard to justify starting rodman? a hall of famer? completely disagreed. rodman was an elite perimeter defender who was also able to guard centers at times when the league was more post oriented offense. rodman also had an elite basketball IQ and was an excellent passer.

REED Ain't Questioning Kyrie's Decision, He's Questioning Kyrie's Willingness to WIN a Championship @ All Costs, Which Leaves a LOT to Be Desired...

He's Leaving YOUR Boy KD Out to Dry Too, Which Could Fracture Their Friendship in Due Time...Already Got Harden to Want Out...But Hey, @ Least You Can Add This Season to KD's Proxy Championships List...

Look, REED Loooooooves Dennis Rodman, But in TODAY's NBA, Yes, it'd Be Difficult Justifying STARTING Him...He Wouldn't Be a No Brainer Starter on All 32 Teams of Today...Hell, He Didn't Start All the Time in Detroit Either...

Deserved HOF Induction, Unquestionably, But He was a SPECIALIST...How Many SPECIALISTS Start in Today's NBA???...

Rodman was a CAPABLE Passer, Not an "Excellent" One, as His Career Average of 1.8 Assists Per Game Validates...Most He Ever Averaged for an Entire Season was 3.1 Bruh...Let's Not Pretend Rodman FACILITATED...

Andre Drummond Rebounds @ a RodmanESQUE Level (Slightly HIGHER Career Average, Per Game Actually ), Protects the Paint and HASN'T Started for the Last 2-3 Teams He's Played On...Why???...Because Drummond's a SPECIALIST...

The Closest Contemporary Comparison to Rodman is Draymond, Who DOESN'T Approach Rodman's Level of Rebounding, Admittedly, Yet Dray Averaged Nearly 9 Assists a Game Last Season, is a Legit BALLHANDLER and Capable 3pt Shooter...

So While Dray's Role is SIMILAR to Rodman's, it's Hard to Lable Him a SPECIALIST Due to the Various Elements of his Game...

    It’s an interesting point.

Feels wrong to say Rodman wouldn’t be a starter particularly with his motor and defense but you may be right. I’m not sure I like it when a guy like that couldn’t get a start.

Rodman was a great defender, particularly when he won those 2 straight DPOY awards, obviously an amazing rebounder, and a very good passer. Not a facilitator but he was a sharp passer who could find the open man, and a good screener too.

I think he’d start and do well, but obviously his lack of scoring would be a negative.

Personally I thought he was better in the late 80s/early 90s before he was winning rebounding titles. He got obsessed with rebounds and would too often cheat off his man and give open jumpers in the hope of snatching another board. He was also not quite as inept at scoring as he later became.

Again, REED Said Rodman Wouldn't Be a "No-Brainer Starter" On All 30-32 (Whatever the Number Is) Current NBA Teams...

There's PLENTY of "Prominent Players in the Rotation" That DON'T Start...

You Make it Seem as if REED Said Rodman Would Be Jack Haley in Today's NBA...

Skills Challenge Sucked Too...Looked More Like the UNSKILLED Challenge...

But as BAD as the Dunk Contest and "Skills" Challenge Was, the LOW Point of the Night Had to Be DJ Khaled...Great PRODUCER/BEAT MAKER, But Dude is an Awkward Ass, "Try Toooo Hard" PERFORMER...Worse, Khaled's Mic was Actually LOUDER than the Mic's of the Rappers He Shared the Stage w/, But REED Digresses...

Until STAR Players and the League's True HIGH FLYERS/BEST DUNKERS Re-Enter the Dunk Contest w/Regularity, the 3-Pt Contest Needs to Be the Main Event of the Evening...

Kat Towns was the REAL MVP of an Otherwise MEH Night...

at worst rodman would be the 2nd or 3rd best player on pretty much every team in the league. he would play 30+ minutes for every team and would be on the court during crunch time guarding the opposing teams best player.

Other than a game here or there I haven’t been watching NBA at all this season. Even completely skipped the entire allstar game. I have been listening to podcasts and plan on watching the playoffs but I’m not certain I’ll stick with it.

    Ja's the No Brainer # 1 Choice and Trae's a Reasonably SAFE # 2...

Kind of a WASH Between Darius, DeJounte and 'Melo, Even Though Their Games DIFFER...Darius is the SMALLEST of the 3, DeJounte's Having a Monster Year, But He's the OLDEST of the Bunch by 2-3 Years and Melo's the BABY of the Bunch...

Really Depends on the MAKE-UP of the Respective Teams You're Picking Them For...
