Nevada pushing for a Mayweather-Pacquiao fight

I think if NSAC goes ahead and says "we're making blood testing mandatory for ALL FIGHTERS starting now", and then Manny tries to move the fight to Dallas or somewhere, that's not going to be a good look.

All this time he said he'd do whatever the NSAC required, but NOT what Floyd said. Now if NSAC says we're doing blood test, and he tries to back out of it, I won't be able to defend that shit.

This whole time I've held to my beliefs that he just didn't wanna bow to whatever Floyd was trying to dictate. If he tries to duck out on it after NSAC says we're doing blood, then I don't know how anyone can defend him after that.

It'll honestly look like he's trying to duck the tests and/or Floyd.
