12lb in just over 3 weeks?
    Too much, too soon.

When you get down to 165lb, it'll all go back on again by October...

Nah, half of that was probably water in the first few days from cutting out carbs

NO carbs AT ALL can be ther wrong road to take.
My 'No-carbs' diet is currentlly dropping out stuff like pasta, potatoes, rice, bread and replacing them with oats, berries, quinoa, wholemeal pasta/rice, beans.

I fucked up. Started eating cakes and roti and shit. At 185lbs. :Wah:

Curling 55lb dumbbells though and benching 250. I'm a monster!

It's hard for me to maintain the diet necessary to reach 165lbs. I lost motivation.

I thought you said you'd look malnourished if you got down near this weight?

Mine isn't great anymore. I had it going well, and I've shot down in weight in the past by changing my eating habits, but the only way for me to get my weight down and keep it down is to stop lifting weights, do a lot of cardio, and eat extremely strictly. I guess I just don't feel like making the effort anymore. I still do cardio and weights, but I'm not nearly as strict as I once was.

Gotta prepare meals in advance in my experience. Just make a big mixing bowl of veg every morning/evening that you can add meat/eggs/fish to.

I'm up to 190 from 175 as well. Put on a fair bit of muscle, but really want to go back down to 180 or so & get my definition back. Ramadhan makes it hard to get back on track.. been gorging on fried, rich foods and lots of desserts

Ah ok. I want to run the marathon one day. I will have to lose at least 80lbs though and train like a madman.
